Narrow-minded? Look who's talking.

Exactly. It has become so predictable and a lot of it's former humor has been replaced with banality.

All you people are pathetic. You start arguments with people, get owned, and then call names and insults and run away like girls. You just make yourself look moronic and cowardly.

Do I have to answer? Nah, not really. Got better things to do than wasting my time with talkin' to some narrowminded persons who really believe the **** which is coming out of Bush's mouth everyday.

Have a good day,

This is a perfect example. Pitiful. If you think you and these despicable posts are not absolutely transparent you are wrong.

Okay, you just want me to answer, eh?

First of all, I don't see where I got owned. I just don't see why I should waste my time talkin' to some idiot who is too stubborn to give a about what other people say and just around like if he doesn't got anything else to do. Honestly, you say 'you care', but if I had really posted an answer you'd just have talked **** once again, stating your oh so wise opinion, which everybody should have the same blablabla, I don't feel like typing anymore.

Anyways, one thing, You think I look moronic and cowardly? Well, maybe in your eyes I do, but the more you around, the more I got to laugh about stubborn like you.

Have a good one,

Don't be an idiot, he's arguing a point. We're stubborn because we don't automatically accept your opinion? What's wrong with disagreeing with you?

Nothing, as long as no one makes me feel like if he's just omniscient. Don't get me wrong, I like to discuss with other people but this is not what I call a discussion. This is just some kind of 'Haaa, this war is right, because Bush said so. Let's create our own facts and everyone else is stupid. The End.'

Bla, last post.

Again, utter garbage.

Answer the question: How are Eastern Europe's former communist dictatorships America's fault?

I like this part best :D

So very entertaining.

Now, ANSWER THE QUESTION.

Are you illiterate? Read what I posted again, and more carefully this time. Sound out those big words you can't understand.

Don't patronize me, son. I know exactly what you want with regards to this issue. It is so obvious; you wear it above your avatar and everything.

Secondly, the country is armed already. Its a really common tactic that you put weapons depots around a country for the militia to go to, and yes there are pockets of organized resistance. The U.S. is trying to subdue not necessarily all Iraqis (obviously) but a demographic.. what the do you think they were doing in Fallujah?

66 words and you say nothing meaningful. You're convinced US occupation will fail to stabilize the country. You point to Fallujah as if the situation there supports your argument. Worthless. That's like saying a war is going badly because there are battles involved. Try again, junior.

It's not going to succeed because once the U.S. is gone, people will vie for power. That's how it works.

 In my experience, the more some random nobody on the Internet is convinced he knows how things work, the less he actually knows... about anything.

You're the only person in this thread who tries to act like he knows what's going in that country. You're trying so hard to act like an expert as if you were sitting in a tent in the desert getting intel briefings from the frikkin Pentagon. News flash, bubba: you don't know anything about what's going on there, 'cause you AIN'T THERE.

That's how it's happened in revolts time and time again, and it's how its going to happen in Iraq, any expert would say that. Either a policing force stays in Iraq perpetually, and there is perpetual fighting, or the country has a civil war.

You don't think the Iraqis are going to police themseleves? That's what a government does, genius.

You seem to be the worst kind of American. You presume to be better than others, ignore your own faults, are fairly ignorant about the geopolitical scene, and have little respect it seems for human life.

Milefile is about the best kind of American here. He argues intelligently, fairly, morally and doesn't resort to school yard name calling when his views are challenged.

You, on the other hand, are exactly what you accuse him of being. You think you know a lot more than you actually do, and when you fail to support or prove your viewpoints --which are the most derivative, unimaginative, uninformed slag-heap amalgamations of popular tripe-- you take to attacking the person who questions you like an insecure little boy.

Then you try to take the high road like your **** don't stink and you're the one with the enlightened viewpoint. Pure hypocrisy.

Why don't you guys go wave an american flag or something.

Why don't you go read a newspaper or a book; maybe you won't sound like a you're 12 when you try to discuss complicated stuff meant for grownups.

Notice the highlighted sentence. This is the kind of crap that gets you into trouble. You have no facts of your own to back up what you say. Do you hear me saying "Germany sucks" because, I said so? No, because I have no facts to back that claim. Why don't you try to get facts?

You resort to personal attacks by calling people 'illiterate' and running away. That will get you no where in this thread, GTP, or your own life.

If you have a Liberal stance, fine. But, at least try to back up your statements with facts.

Even your insults are derived from people more clever than you. I haven't seen a single original thought out of you yet.

Milefile, you agree with Bush, so you're nothing but a big poopie-face.

Nice logic, dude. 👍

We went to war to secure a nation that holds a vital resource. We plan to leave this nation until it is secure and capable of maintaining itself. The former ruler of this nation, and his followers, are a threat to all mankind, and need to be eliminated.

End of story.

I want my post here dissected. Not sure why. Guess I'm just something of a masochist.

Good thing that my advisor doesn't think like you all. I may just get a doctorate in political science yet.

First of all, I don't see where I got owned. And still, he has said nothing. For someone who doesn't have time to argue he sure has a lot time to cus me out

Ah well. So much for the issue at hand.

yeah im just about done with this regurgitation of fox news as well (heh, wanted to round off that post count there)

Here is what you said:
If you are going to create free market economies, why not try and finish what you started with those former communist block countries?
What the hell does that mean? What did we start? Maybe there's something you know that I don't. I'll address it if you enlighten me. Otherwise I'llhave to stick to my "what the hell are you talking about" angle. I would venture to say that any Eastern European countries that are messed up would be more appropriately blamed on the former USSR.

Funny thing is if they'd won the cold war, everybody would hate them instead of us.

I don't watch FOX news. I actually get my news almost exclusively from NPR, a news organization that tends to the left if anything.

So your going to quit now, too? Why is it so hard to find a liberal who can argue without getting all pissed off and running away? Jesus Christ, I don't think liberals are bad people, and we are all here over a stupid video game. You people ought to open your minds. That doesn't mean you have to forfeit your opinion, but being able to support it and stand up to challenges helps.

So go and run away if you must. We shall meet again and you know it. I hope you can hold up your end next time.

I almost woke up my kid laughing at this. Brilliant.

So - tell me this. Why is the rounding up of the Al Qaeda leadership (who I remind you, have been involved in bombings in Bali and Spain, and continue to cause disruptions across the entire world through terror alerts) being left to the Pakistani army. I still don't see the link to the War on Terror - surely this is the greater priority?

Probably because Pakistan is America's most feared nation. They really hate us, more than any other country in the world right now, and they have nuclear weapons. So, we must "walk lightly" when it comes to Pakistan. Marching into Pakistan will have dire consequences that we can't afford right now.

Anyone know whats happening with Sadam now, there hasn't been shred of info here since he was captured? He was supposed to be getting tried for all thoes crimes, but as I said, there hasn't been any info or news on it for ages.

Sure. He is staying at the Hilton in Qatar. Room 702, which is the corner penthouse. He starts his morning with orange juice and scrambled eggs while reading the Wall Street Journal. Then he takes a jog on the treadmill. Aromatherapy at 10:30 with a soak in the hot tub after. Then a rub down from Gretchen, his personal masseuse. After an Atkins-friendly lunch, he plays doubles tennis with George Tenet, Don Rumsfeld and Condi Rice. He has a very good backhand.

Then he relaxes with a game of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City while downing tequilla shots with Robert Mueller and John Walters till his afternoon nap. He gets up at 8, has a rare porterhouse with a bottle of Chateau Poujeaux while watching CNN Crossfire. Then he pops three pills of x and goes clubbing with 50 Cent and Jay-Z. Rumor has it he is current dating the Olsen twins.

Also, the October surprise suggested by Madeleine Albright will happen. Bin Laden was hiding in Saddam's beard.

This is true. After three months of interrogation, Osama renounced fundamental extremism and converted to the Church of Scientology after a touching conversation with John Travolta and Kelly Preston. Soon thereafter, the FBI allowed him to begin life anew and placed him in the federal witness relocation and protection program.

He currently lives in Boulder, Colorado, where he works as part time as a veterinary physician's assistant. He lives in a two bedroom split ranch, has three cats and enjoys long walks in the woods. He drives a Mazda B2000 pickup and can often be heard singing John Denver's "Thank God, I'm a Country Boy" while on his way to his volunteer job as a 'Women in Crisis' counselor.

Next month, he is scheduled to appear on Bravo's Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.

Thought so. Is he dating both of the Olsen twins though.

Ahhh - that makes a bit more sense, but I still think the Iraq invasion has taken the US military and intelligence focus away from the Al Qaeda threat.

We actually have a good relationship with Pakistan - and it's all down to the fact that we're both cricket playing nations.
