RACECAR
Been a bit since I last posted. Gotten the following weapons since then:

Karak Wraith
Opticor Vandal
Penta
Prisma Grinlok
Quanta Vandal
Dera
Sigma And Octanis

I like the Opticor Vandal. Some people think it's just a side grade to the regular Opticor but I find it to be better, because it charges faster. Makes it a lot more usable in regular missions.

I recently got back to this game and am currently going through the Railjack content, aaaand it's just disappointing. Once again, the update is rife with old problems. The grind is terrible, and because of that Rush Repair Drone it's become pay-to-win. The grind reminds me of back when Plains of Eidolon was released in 2017, and it's the exact same problem. The game mechanics are fantastic and very enjoyable, but once you get to the meat and bones...... ugh.

Not gonna lie, I am dreading doing the quests purely because of the grind I see. Hell, I barely have done any grinding for Plains just due to the eye watering mining system.

Not gonna lie, I am dreading doing the quests purely because of the grind I see. Hell, I barely have done any grinding for Plains just due to the eye watering mining system.

The mining system has been vastly improved since release. The clunky outline tracing is replaced with a timing-based skill check mechanic, and you get more drops per mine. Grinding in Plains and Orb Vallis is not bad at all, but they took a huge step backwards with the Proximas on Railjack.
