Warning: Make sure you use the right tires

Okay, so I'm grinding the Dream Car Championship in B-spec and one race away from 20million credits and it's Nurburgring 24 Hours...with sport tires n the rain. Yeah, bad idea. This guy took 12 minutes to do the first lap. Only changed one set of tires on accident and now he just passed the carousel at 11 minutes. With rain tires, he usually does a lap in around 6:30.xxx-7 minutes. So, yeah. Be warned. And he's in the X1, btw.
 
It's an answer. Some people were wondering if sport tires were equal to rain tires. They are most definitely not.
 
Sport tires are not, but soft race tires are better then rain tires in the rain. Except with B-spec bob. You have to give him the rain tires when it rains because he's to scared!

Not really, my B-Spec started on slicks on the Suzuka Endurance race and was faster than the AI cars with full wets.
 
As far as B-Spec, as long as your are willing to prompt your driver
"Cancel Pit Stop" he can race on what ever tire you want him to
and win.
Have not tried Sport Tires, but I bet I could direct mine to win.
Why someone would play around with testing this theory
during a 24hr race, without a substantial lead is beyond me.
 
He isn't doing the 24 HR event he is doing the 24hr track in dream car champ...(and unless your doing the AMG Challenge WTF would anyone bother prompting LOL it is simply not needed) OP you know you can enter and then quit the fifth race (or last race in any cup)

As long as you have enough points (ié won the prev 4 races) you will get the 540k cup bonus but you must start and then quit the last race, Do not retire or you miss the bonus....i found it quicker to lose the 108k on the nurb24h and just grind the first 4 + get bonus and in the X1 you win no matter what tyres your on I just ran a lvl 0 throu dream car now in the x1 (all five) and has gone from 0-26 👍
