someone needs some anger management classes! anyway i too have probes with drifting not just skylines but all 4wd cars. while some say they are the easiest, its not so for me. They used to be easier for me when i first started to drift but when i moved on to fr and mr now i can't get to drift a decent turn with them much less a whole track.

oh well such is life :)

to drift_type_r
instead of starting a n00bish thread. try some of the settings in the "Settings Depot" it might help alot and there are guides also on "HOW TO DRIFT". read and learn before you open your whining mouth on how you cant drift.

-high five with the jeff k. stuff.

Try these for yer skyline sim tires no asm no tcs like usual buy enough mods to get ya 411 or so hp and then buy all the other mods drivetrain, suspension, brakes, weight reduction etc... Front and rear brake balance both set at 24 and then go kill trial mountain vcd set at 10% front distribution allows for better angles and adds a little more counter steer :) and then go thrash trial mountain

Maybe u should try to make your own settings if you are having trouble, that way u can tweek it to your style instead of using someone elses who made the setup according to their style.

Hello drift type R.

I think you might recieve more sueful information if you didnt type in all caps and if you chilled out a bit. People wont take you seriously if you dont. Anyways, i would suggest you go looking in drifting for dummies and find some setting for skylines. Ask people like thio and stuff who like skylines. But if you really wanna learn how to drift get out of the skyline and try something like a trueno or a fc, or some other light rear wheel drive vehicle like a MR-S or a speedster.

Oh and the solution to sucking is not sucking...

yah drift type r, thio is THE person to ask for drifting Skylines, if ur a beginner i suggest taking the FC or FD. i started out with a plain FD upgrade the suspenision, turn off the ASM and TCS. and start experimenting. try different tyres and settings, develope ur own technique. if u have to even tap the e-brake for a second to get the tail slidding. go to the drift depot, find some settings and try them out. see which one ur comfortable and move on from there. i hope my words helped u a bit.
