OK, let's start voting for the worst detailed 3D CAD Premium model in GT5
After we have chosen the best modeled, highest detailed model, the Jaguar XJ13, let's do the same for the opposite.

The Audi R8 5.2 FSI typ 42 is the laziest copy and paste that Polyphony has ever seen. Who ever was in charge of modeling that car should be fired. The engine still has the V8 with the name "V8" in huge freaking letters on it.

This is as bad as Polyphony giving the 1954 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible C1 the Ford F-150 SVT Lightnings description in both GT PSP and in GT5. Just lazy. And they know it is wrong.

I don't care for new cars and tracks. They should be concerned with fixing what they have.

One of my favorite cars. The BMW M5. Not only is it poorly detailed, and has mayor detail flaws like the inaccurate tachometer, the incorrect possition of the front brake calipers, and the wierd axel width, but it seems that they used a regular E60 to model it.
Dodge Viper GTS -02 In my opinion.

I have to disagree. Thats one of the best looking premiums. If its the interior what your´re talking about, then I have to agree. It looks dull... Plus, the engine-exhaust sound sample is the same wrong one carried since GT2.

Sorry man, but the car looks great...

Does the damage model count toward (or against) it?

The TVR Speed 6 looks like a plastic car that was left on top of the fireplace when it's damaged.

👍
LOL!!! The Peugeot HDi FAP and the Super GT GTR have the same "melting" problem!

Haven't driven either of those. It shows up a lot on the Speed 6 because it's a very smooth rounded car. No real scrapes or snaps, no broken pieces or anything. Just warped bodywork and it looks bad, worse than some standard cars in that respect.

Which is sad, 'cause I do like the Speed 6.

I think the Lotus Elise 111R '04's interior is hideous. The speedometer looks really low res. The Lotus logo on the steering wheel is also blurry.

You´re talking about copy-pasting? You should check out the Jag XKR. On regular display, the car is fine. But go to photo travel or take a shot while driving it and you will notice something bizarre and completly out of place. The car has the same rear bumper than the regular XK8!!! And that not the problem, the problem is that since the XK8 has single exahaust tips, the holes for them are smaller. That means that the double exhaust tips on the XKR simply protude through the bumper. Really tacky... Not what you expect from PD...

For some reason they deleted the interior of the Infiniti Coupe Concept (which was in Prologue and it looked great because you could see everything inside through the glass roof). They took a well modeled car and hosed it for who knows what reason.
I'm sorry but I believe this is a bit of an exaggeration... took some camera phone pics of my Infiniti Coupe Concept around Deep Forest and I'm quite sure you can see the interior, cockpit, seats and everything else...

Oh, forgot to cast my vote: BMW M5... jeez, the modelling is WAY off in many details. Even the wheels are so tucked in the model, it just looks... wrong!

The Tesla Roadster is to me the worst Premium of all. Just because the mere fact it exists at all. Why PD??? Leaving awesome and popular cars as Standard while modelling crap like Daihatsu roadsters and stupid econoboxes. Who makes the car list?

THIS. It's like a PS2 model with the fake cockpit put in (there was a cockpit bug in GT4 - you can find it in youtube)..

Wow, I wasn't expected such a heat discussion, but then again their are really a lot of major mistakes done with the Premiums.
The 908 is for me also not a really high Premium model, both interior and exterior. The poly count is not as high as for example for the F40 or as mentioned before the Viper. Just look at the wheel arches.
AND BACKFIRE on a diesel, what the...

So far, the Corvette is on top, being the worst Premium so far, followed by the Mini S. Just around the corner comes the M5 on third.

wow, look at those jaggy wheel arches. This one really hurts. Yup, the Corvette is really a massive fail. It looks like they took the PSP model and added some 3D shut lines to make it feel like a Premium. :ouch: Just compare this to the Viper mentioned before. The Viper looks much more detailed

In my opinion, I can't see anything bad on the Mini. Looks pritty detailed. maybe, it's the interior. have to check my self.

It seems detailed at first but then somehow low on polygones... ...everywhere, not just around specific corners:
