To be completely honest I have noticed that we are really starting to run out of things to discuss about GT4!!. With the recient lack of information (formal or informal) people have started to jump at the first sight of a new thread with the promise of potential fresh information only to be let down by discovering its another question, rumor and discussed before thread. This has lead to anger and frustration!!. I think that we must have talked about everything now.......quite literally :D. Basically what i'm trying to say it that all we can do now is wait until the game comes out becuase it really has gotten to the point were it can't be healthy to discuss anymore than we already have!! Don't get me wrong or anything, I am not having a go at GT4 or people who post threads because it is always great to see peoples viewpoints and discuss all aspects of the game, but there is really not much left to say.......

What do you think?? Do you think that we have discussed everything there is possible to discuss in GT4??.........Give me your feedback!

Robin :D

I don't think weve discussed the possibilty of driving your car into a McDonalds drive trough and ordering a big mac meal before a race.

But seriousely I think your right, we have talked about everything that could be and is confirmed to be in GT4 and more.

lol thats funny... we're running out of things to talk about so lets make a new thread about running out of things to talk about... you guys are great lol

Lets talk about the possibility of adding a Big rig truck sim and flight simulator to the game.

You navigate your 18-wheeler transport across the country side (sorry, no time or weather effects), toting a car carrier behind you stowed full of race cars and gear. Along the way, you must monitor your intake of fuel and greesy fries at truck stops. Hitchhickers provide entertainment or maybe a few dollars, but don't pick up the wrong one or you will have to engage in hand-to-hand combat. Surely there will be special moves, but I'd use a game shark. Once you arrive at the new race venue, you must find a parking space and back your rig into it without running over a competitors paddock area, the fuel depot, or the Speed Channel's press tent.

For those overseas races, you must first go through a negotiation process with Boeing rep. similar in style to a "choose-your-own-adventure" book, in order to obtain a retrofitted 747. But, before you are back into your trusty big rig to get your gear to the airport, you complete a few "license tests", which consist of obtaining a pilots license, instrument rating, commerical rating w/ a complex & high altitude endorsement, multi-engine rating, turbine rating, ATP rating, and finally a 747 Type rating. Now, because its getting close to dinner time, you're in a hurry, so you quickly pack your tools, car, and gear into the plane in a manner that will keep the weight and center of gravity within limits. At this point, you unplug your GT4 Drive Force Pro and plug in your GT4 Flight force "pro cockpit" emulator joystick, which is about 6 feet across and accurately depicts the flight deck of a 747-300. You and your friend go through the pre-flight checklist, and then guide your 747 out to the runway and across the pond to Germany or Japan or whatever. You shoot a Catigory III instrument approach into 0-visibility fog, then spend 4 hours getting your race car & related gear through customs. At this point, you realize you forgot to change the oil in your F1 car, so you decide to compete in the 'sunday cup' with your BMW M3 GTR just to make the trip worth while.

can't wait.

Too bad we'll have to wait till GT9 for that to happen......
GT 9 I will be dead by the time that comes out. . . I mean GT4 is not coming out unti lthe Winter of '05. . .

Did i miss something? as far as i know the releasedate is still set on November 2004! :grumpy:

And next time, please start a thread that is at least a little bit more interesting than this one, please?

I really think you all kinda missed the point of this thread! Its simple......do you think we have talked enough about GT4? Eventually there is nothing left to say. I do get the irony that I have made a thread talking about nothing to talk about!!!, but I am being deadly serious! What exactly haven't we covered.........we have made 58 pages of threads for goodness sakes!!!!!! .

All I wana know is what you think...........have we said everything about GT4??! (apart from Mc Donald's and Flight Simulators   !)

Breaking news! You can drop a hydrogen engine into a Mclaren F1.....discuss.

This is a hoax..do not take seriously!

Don't worry I'm not taking it seriously.

And thats where the fun usually starts.

Yep, this one is going to spiral off into uselessness. I'll put a bullet in it's head before it gets too old.
