Does anyone know what the weather settings of 0%, 25%, 50% etc. do when I am setting up an online lobby.

0% = Sunny.
25% = Light Could.
50% = Overcast.
75% = Rain.
100% = Monsoon

Some tracks are glitched I think though to where when you set it at certain percentages, the game shows different weather. But the list above is how it's SUPPOSED to be.

I know ssr7 has a glitch, it can snow, I.ve only seen it twice.

Makes for an interesting Cruise lobby.

That's not a glitch 💡

I think it is, snow on a city/highway trac? Not to mention how difficult it becomes to drive after an hour of snow, with no snow tires.

I say glitch.

This happens in real life... so still a glitch (in the Matrix)? :sly:

Ok, thanks KinLM, so if I set a track to 50% weather with high changeability of 8,9 or 10 does this mean it will only ever get cloudy and not actually rain.

Weather change mean anything to you?

Yes. But still snow on a Road Course? Come on man, who races in the snow besides Rally Cars and Snow-mobiles?

Again weater change or what ever, you cant apply snow tires, also search here for what I said and you'll see plenty of threads saying it is a glitch.

Sooo... LeMans, Nurburger, Monza and Susuzka all hold Races in the snow? Let me know when that happens. I still say Its a glitch (in the Matrix)
And yes it does snow in real life:sly:

I'll end on this, I was not complaining about it, it was actually quite fun, but the rarity of how often it happens, makes it a glitch.

@Zolo, The % setting in the menu, is for the start of the race, if you set it low, the weather will not change as fast, if at all.
If you set it high, well who knows what the weather will do.

How is this relevant?

You said: "snow on a city/highway track?"

I said: "This happens in real life"

The examples you gave in your reply are actual race circuits. Of course they don't hold races when it's snowing. And yes, before you reply, I know Nurburgring isn't strictly a "race circuit", it's classed as a toll road.

But SSR7 is neither a race circuit nor a toll road open for high speed driving (afaik), so of course it would still be open for driving during snow conditions, as it is a section of (sic) "city/highway".

The frequency or probability of snow occurring doesn't make it a glitch. It's probably just set like that to reflect the real-life frequency of snow happening in that location.

No, if you set a very high changeability then that means you can expect a hefty change in weather, for the better or for the worst. Setting the changeability low will greatly decrease how much the weather changes. Setting it at 0 will keep the weather exactly what it starts out as. So if the weather is at 25% and you set the changeability at 0, the weather will stay at 25%, meaning you will always have light cloud weather.

 I guess I didn't think of it like that, still it would be fun if it happened more often:cheers:

That's why Canadians are the best drivers 👍
👍

In my experience, setting changability to anything other than 0 means it will rain eventually, and never stop. I suspect it's a bug. Very rarely, I've seen it do quick 5-10 minute rain sessions before it gets hung on 100% wet, which is how it's supposed to work I suspect. i.e. changability 10 = frequent, quick bursts of rain for short periods, changability 1 = long periods of rain, and long periods of sunshine.
