I was on a site to get lottery numbers a couple nights ago (first time I ever used it and found on yahoo) and when I closed it I got a **** load of porn pop-ups. That was unexpected. My wife just happened to walk in as I was frantically closing them. She gives me a funny look and I start laughing.

oh, ya, this one time I was downloading msn messenger and when i closed the help menu, A bunch of porn popped up.

Oh, add cheapie GIF animations to websites I can't stand. They were okay way back when, but these days, they just look bad.

Yes, I like it...it's just Flash sites that were designed for T1 connections and alienate the average user are a bit if a turn-off. And when I encounter a site that still asks me to install "Flash Player", just close both windows at once.

Homestarrunner is surprisingly easy on my dialup connection... takes no more than a few minutes for the larger cartoons. Nice. 👍
