Me and a few friends are going to make new forums called 'Substance', which will be very CS based.

We need help with the design of our forums. Sadly this will not be a paying job, but if we like your design and we decide to choose it we will have a dedication section to say thank you for helping with the design.

CSS Forums? I think I heard GG or someone saying you could code forums by PHP. But I've never heard CSS. Shannon probably knows more on that.

I would say just use a InvisionBoard or phpBB if your looking for a forum. Or buy vBulletin for $160. And I think it's $85 per year....

I can help you setup a InvisionBoard or phpBB board if you have your own MySQL and PHP host.:)

CSS = Sage. And yeah, it's Counter Strike, not Cascading Style Sheets...
