Wedding Speech stunt chop

I'm not terribly good at this Photoshop stuff, but I had an idea for a gag in a best man's speech I was giving. The groom dyes his hair all the time, and checks himself in the mirror all the time, but denies it, so I though it would be funny(ish) to fake a modelling shot. To that end, I took this photo:

and made this image:

What do you think?

The part where the hair sticks out, try and clone the background away to make it white
it'll look alot more realistic

To make it look more similar to the original ad, I would try to create some sort of shadow on the left side and brighten the collar. It would look less of a cutout and more of a photoshot.

Aye, it was quite good! The speech went on much longer than I intended because everyone was laughing so much. A result!

Thanks to everyone who suggested ways to improve the image. Unfortunately, the speech was on March 2nd, and I really ran out of time to work on it, since I was planing the speech, the giles-guthrie.com Fantasy F1 competition and a three-week trip to Australia, not to mention finishing 5 projects at work.

In hindsight, everything suffered because I was trying to do too much, but I've learned for the next time!

I wass nearly going to do the speech with PowerPoint, in which case I would have asked the specialist Photoshop Junkies here to help, but with the attachment size limit, it was never going to look any good in print.

There always is email, and you know, most don't have too shallow of filesize limits, and there are also webservers for free, like Crosswinds, which has unlimited filesize limits. There's also 50megs or something like htat, but I forget what the filesize limit is for that website...
