Tannis takes first place overall with a great lap. 👍
Touge Master wins in division 2 and Don Mejillone wins in division 3.

And thanks to Tannis for the settings (thanks to which I saved 1.2 sec. on my first clean lap).

@sjaak : you finished 0.02 seconds behind Tuff at Seattle, 0.05 seconds behind Niels at Rome and 0.06 behind me this week. Aren't you bored with eating dust ? :lol: :lol:

Gokents, did you see my PM about my time edit? The one you have had what I think is a three wheel off, and I sent you a clean save of 1:09.339. Doesn't change my position but I don't want to have any misunderstandings here 👍.
 
Wow, that's fast Tannis 👍 Got a replay? I want to see where I'm lost out. I know I dropped a couple of tenths after the T2 tunnel.

Iceman, it was fun racing with ya. Too bad about that off :sick:

And good job to Don, Firestarter and mrdpunto in div 3 (with div 2 times! 👍 )

Excellent choice of race, Kent. This week was a great challenge (and I love DF :D )

You were not only 0.004 faster than me, you also pushed me away from the podium. Things like that ain't easy forgotten. :grumpy: :lol:
 
Man, congrats to all...

I just couldn't get dialled into that one, when I was on a good one, one of those many bumps stood up and said meet my friend A.Bank, and when I wasn't being introduced to him, it'd has ruined my line and made the lap slow...

Oh well, there's always another week...

Correction made... Yes I got the pm, but when I was putting everything together I thought about the 2 times and for some reason got confused... It's not often that people resubmit a time to submit a slower run. ;)

Did you guys like the car?
I mean, did it have too much power for the setup?
Was it lacking downforce?

Basically I love to set up the Rufs with a pwr perfect for racing against jgtc cars.
Do you think this car would do well against them?

I know it's just a street car so there are limitations... But still, this is just about the closest thing to a 3400s race car in the game, so enjoy it. :cheers:
 
I don´t know but this was the best car in my favotite track so far in the WRS. But i didn´t had time to race it properly, maybe only after the cristmas i will have enought time to make a good lap. Now i´m concentrating on the school.
 
Kent,I will certainly keep at it.The ruf was a good choice.Not easy to handle like the last evo but that makes it competative.I personaly don't like rocket cars.

And Niels I know the feeling(week 88) :crazy: > :lol:

Just watched both of them.

The fastest replay has a very clear touch in the first tunnel. It looked suspicious in the replay, so I watched it in the data logger.
In the beginning of sect. 5 at 1114.1 meter, the speed drops from 144.6 to 141.3km/h. You were driving full throttle, no shifting, no sudden turning and no jumping. Furthermore the graph shows this very significant "notch"?.
Much smaller wall-touches are clearly recognizable this way. I've seen wall-touches with speed drops at only 1km/h, where the graph shows this very significant "notch"?.

Was this the kind of opinion you were looking for?

Oh, I might add that your submitted lap, of course was perfectly clean. 👍

Thanks Niels.I saw the touch much later.In the graficsline I didn't noticed the speed loss because the dent was right behind a orange line.The touch was also exact on the end and beginning of sector 4 and 5.When I saw the replay in third person view to the front I noticed the impact.

This happens to me every week several times and mostly it doesn't matter because I can improve my final time.
But at Rome and Deep forest I couldn't improve a clean one anymore.At Rome I drove twice a 1'18.878(excact the same time,still on my memorycard) with minimal contact.Good for second place.

I know a touch is a touch and the weekly race series proved that a small kiss can hurt.

BTW I'm not drunk :)

Is anyone else having this problem? Could someone open them up in GT3 Replay Browser and confirm that I'm just :dunce:

You'll need to get the updated Replay Browser. There is always an up todate link in the topic at GT3Times. http://forums.gttimes.com/viewtopic.php?t=5171

I think it's because those 2 replays have been converted from Max Drive saves to .xps ones.

Hrm ... got the latest version just now. Still the same problem. Are you able to see those replays in the Replay Manager?

I tried Thurzo and Tannis' replays in the ReplayManager...could see all settings T8's 1300Kg etc etc.

Indeed I converted it from a .max file to .xps, and i can't open the file with the Replay manager either, but it works fine with Gt3gEdit ! :)

Btw, Thanks daan for the video, nice job. 👍
