Only ran 20 laps + -
13.849 ( best around 13.6)
53.013 ( best around 52.7 so far)

This was my last lap and the T times are bad but in the last section i got an gap above 1 sec.

Those are some impressive T times, sub 13 T1 is very hard for me, not sure if even possible with my driving skills :D.

Is it me or has anyone else noticed that the Arta seems to be a little faster but not as good through corners than the Castrol?
Chris
I agree. 👍

Leaderboard is updated.
Looks like the big dogs have joined us. :scared:

@ MrP about the T1...

@E30 Evo Sport... Kent give you a division yet?

@ Everyone... Anyone else try the A class NSX Type S street car?

Thats a negative tuff, no pm back yet from him. Perhaps he is busy who knows, its understandable. Just wondering how many ppl here use wheels, and does it help. I can think of some instances where it would.

I need to go to bed!!!!!!

Anyway, back to business. Best splits so far are 13.488 and 50.110. Have only once gone below 50 - it was WELL dirty though!!! :(

Dirty is good sometimes ;)

Was in the Arta - sooooo much quicker than the Castrol.
TANNIS and MRP should switch - even quicker!

Or maybe they shouldn't... :)
Chris

I like the Castrol. in my opinion there both the same and it comes down to driver preference right now I like the castrol because it looks better.I'll try both cars out on the test course to see if the ARTA is indeed quicker in the straights

My personal preference so far is the Castrol. I really don't know why but I seem to like it better. Nothing at all good times wise so far, not one of my strong tracks.

Been using both off and on, turn some laps in one then in the other... No huge difference IMO. One seems to be better lowdown, the other in the high gears seems more willing to turn in...

I think the lines you take, not the cars, are more of a factor in this one...

Just wondering whats everyones settings...when I mean settings I mean TCS&ASM on/off and Racing/Drift.Right now I'm using a racing setup with only TCS on

I'm running with both off.

No tcm or asm, manual-racing.Its quickest

Ill go for the Castrol Mugen anyway, and results will tell us in the end.Me thinks the Castrol is more nimble.

New T`s
t1: 13.600
t2: 50.976
Throw away my lap in 1st righthander/breakingpoint. :dunce:

The Mobil1 NSX on GTC is the most good looking of them all.Wonder what times it does? The Tokyo tracks in there too 💡 Maybe i`ll have a test run, to compare.

I ran with TCS/ASM off, racing, MT. I may try to put in some more laps. the hotel here has AUX input....living on the road sucks!

I agree

btw, how do you block quote???

Tested out both cars in the test course here's my results. The catrol had a slightly faster T1 and T2 while the ARTA was much more stable at high speed turning. So basically its what everyone was saying earlier.Castrol better low end power ARTA better high end power as for turning I perfer the Castrol.

heero 12
14.234/53.087

I really need to learn how to race :(

That's the point.... patience dear boy.
Just put in 4 laps, and I've only seen 13.5 and 52.5 so far, and that's not clean, BUT, knowing the time people are throwing in already, its obvious there are gobbets of time to be had in the 2nd sector alone. Keep at it!
Good to see you back in the WRS.

btw, how do you block quote???

squarebracket quote=whoever said it squarebracket

Put quote here... squarebracket /quote squarebracket

Hope you can understand that...

13.409/52.043

There is time in there, but I'm not bothering with it, I think I did enough on this run. I'm going to get back into WRS slow, so I'll be running more than this next week.

Just for a quick quote lesson. :D

Do this without spaces...
[ quote= Name ] .... [/ quote ]

That without the spaces between the brackets and characters will end up looking like this...
name

Hope that helps. :D

Also,
I haven't run any of this race yet, but you guys look like you are doing well so keep up the good work.

Hope you all have a nice thanksgiving, and if you don't celebrate thanksgiving in your part of the world please just try taking a minute to be thankful for the things in your life. :D (family, friends, health, home etc etc. :sly: )

Talk to you guys later, but until then,
-

This track is pissing me off.Right when I get a 49.9 I nip the wall and blow the run completley.Oh and happy thanksgiving to everyone :)

mrdpunto
Tuff - are you updating the board still?
Chris
Yes. I update it all week long at my earliest convenience.

I would like to remind everyone once again that the T2 time on this track will vary a LOT compared to the overall time. Don't expect to be in front of someone that is much slower than you at T2. It may not be the case.

Leaderboard is current to this post.

Keep the throttle mashed and the shiny side up! ;)

Now have a more respectable clean lap, and I'm still improving.

T1 13.621
T2 50.557

*Edit* In the Arta NSX, by the way. :)

After a few laps i 've made on T1 13.390 / T2-49.855 with the castrol.:)
The castrol looks faster trought the corners:tup: , but the arta looks better on acceleration 👍 i think i will stay with the Castrol:tup: .
i just need to get used to the track(one of the ones i dn't like)👎 , an learn to do the 1st left right corner conbination at full speed & not touching the walls, it's hard but possible:scared:
it's a nice combo....👍

Ran about 20 laps: 13.3 / 50.3

I don't think I'll get to run much more, if at all :grumpy: Too bad, this week seems so much easier than last week, what with the car not flying more than driving!

Tried it a bit earlier with the Mugen.

ASC/TCS: Off.
Manual

Best T times were 13.3?? and 50.5??

Ran the Castrol again without TCS/ASM and ran
T1:13.5
T2:50.2
shaved .400 overall.I need to learn how to take that first corner again.
