With BC4 ending through this week's race I thought something simple would be a nice way to get back into things.

6. No cheating of any kind.
7. Save Your Submitted Lap Replay

OH MY WORD!!!!
Kent, you never cease to amaze me with your astounding choice of car & track combinations! I'm sooooooo up for this one, I don't think I'll sleep tonight!
Relax? No Chance!!!! 👍 👍 👍 👍

Time to relax??? not likely, I'm currently getting chewed up and spat out with this combo...

I think I'm gonna get a special time this week...

Especially slow...

I had my wheel set up already, so after 10 quick laps:

T3 - 1.25.260

A 1:23.999 will be my goal for the week I think. This car is a tricky bugger though. :scared:

This combo rules :) I loves the feel of the car and the way there's always more speed to come with every lap you drive ;)

Best T3 so far 1.23.688 👍

I'll be back :)

Another Great Combo, and again all new for me. Never raced in the Tuscan but i always wanted, and never raced on GV 2 for a great time only agains the AI. Let´s see what i can do. I am on the WRS just 4fun and that´s is been acomplished :D

After a few laps of testing, I got this:

T1- 25.915
T2- 57.784
T3- 1:24.856

I know there's more speed in this car; I just have to find it. ;)

The problem for me now isn't the track:tup: but is the car:nervous: ... till today(since september'01) i think i only have played with this car 10 times+/-👎

but i will try to be on the top 5(not easy)👍 :nervous:

Hey guys,
I need to take a break. I have many things in my RL that are so screwed up right now I can't tell which way is up and which way is down.

It will most likely get terribly worse or a lot better in the next week to month, either way I don't see much time to do the T-Times leaderboard this week. I did enjoy doing it and will if I can find time for it, but don't count on anything (if someone else wants to do it, please feel free to take over). I feel a little bit like I'm letting you guys down as I have become good friends with so many of you.
I hope you understand.

I very much appreciate the friendship and good times that you have all shared with me.

Hope to be back soon,
Patrick "Tuff240"

Tuff, is there any way you could send me the HTML file for the Leaderboard, and let me make updates to it and then send it to you to put up on your site? I'd be willing to help, but I don't have any place to host the times.

Sorry to hear that friend.
I would say I hope things get better before they get worse, but I don't want to see them get worse in any way.

So for now...
My regards.

And don't worry about the leader board.
You did a great job with it, but I can understand Real Life getting in the way... So good luck.
Get things straight and come back whenever you are ready. :D
(and stick around for now if you can  )

Sorry to hear about that tuff240, hope you are back soon... leaderboard receives many visits by all...

Unfortunately I like icemanshooter23 haven't web space...

Mental note to self: New years Resolution: Get domain name and website...

Great car/track. Did about 20 laps and best is 1:24.8. I think I might be able to shave .5 off that with a good lap.

down to high 1'24's buy not clean. not sure if i'll enjoy this one much. I'll give it another go tomoz though

Sorry to hear about your RL Tuff240. Good luck mate!

Just ten laps but managed a t3: 1.24.9.
Loads of left-right combinations :ill:
The tunnel across the bridge hides a sek or two!
Will do some more during the weekend.

Sorry to hear that tuff ... hope things get better for you :-)

I'd like to volunteer to take over the leaderboard. I've got webspace and a domain already set up. It's late here now, but I'll get something set up in the morning (unless someone has an objection?).

Luxy, I just was talking with Tuff, and I had the idea to just make a thread in the WRS forum. It's easier to find, and would be easier to maintain. I sent a PM to Kent about it, so wait a bit and I'll get back to you when he replies.

Hey fellas,

I got the pm and toook a look. 👍

Only problem is that I don't think more than 1 person can edit a single thread/post.

Not sure, so I'm gonna check into it with big J.

In the mean time I suggest that we either wait, or start a temp wrs leader board thread.

Good luck sorting out who would be best to do it, and keep in mind that editing for multiple members might not be possible (which means someone who will be sticking around is probably a good start for the candidates list) ;).

Catch you guys a little later after I look into this and maybe even get some racing in... Till then,
-

Easy to solve. Start a new user name (account) and who-ever will be updating the leaderboard will have the password. Only problem with that is both can't log onto it at the same time, but that's not a very big deal. Me and O.Z did this on another forum, worked out fine.

Take care of yourself first man, that is all that matters.

Good idea, the account could be called something like WeeklyWRS or WRSLeaderboard, and even set up under an hotmail account of same name or something... and the regular runners or something know the password to be able to edit it...

Conversely, it'd be just as easy for Luxy to do a temp page at his site, as it's usually just us that access the page... and when tuff240 returns he 'gets it back'...

I don't think that's really necesary. If who-ever is running it likes doing it, I don't see no problems with them continueing on with it.

If you all remember, I took over for eggmann and it was originally his idea I think.
Maybe it's just time to pass the torch along. ;)
