Im running the drag series this week to give kenny a break. Yes kenny is aware of this.

Where: Las Vegas Dragway

What: DSM Shootout. This week you can run either a Mitsubishi Eclipse GT or a Eagle Talon ESI.

Rules:Anything goes except NO TCS!

Deadline:Midnight Tuesday September 20th CST

Misc: Time must be posted in this thread by the deadline, do not PM them to me. The winner must post their entire setup for verification. Failure to do so may results in your win being stripped away from you.

I'm surprised some of you even know what DSM means, good god this just made my day LOL.

Oh, and I just thought I'd add this, depending on your beleifs, the Galant VR4 is also a DSM.

Yea but its AWD and there would be no competition against a FWD. The galant would DEFFINATLY walk all over the FWD Elipse or Talon. And these 2 cars spin bad!! This is where it gets challenging because u have to learn how to get around all the wheel spin :) Hard to make these 2 cars fast with no TCS... VERY hard!

i have a 95 eclips gt already ^^ with 380-385 HP lol

12.715 so far but theres no other times posted so im not sure if its even werth posting :nervous:
 
12.71 is a very good time.... Id like to see some other times as well! 12.601 here but havent had much time with it:). Theres more left ;) Come on people dont be scared to post ur times! Lets see where were all at!!

bleh, looks like another missed week for me. Once I get some more free time expect me back. AMC, WDS Tourney, work and school... to much stuff at once! >_<

i will try running it a few more times but i dont think i can do any better then that :grumpy:

i can seem to keep my times under 12,7 now but ive only hit under 12.6 twice ><
 
Ill have to get to playing this again. I only messed with my car for a bit. BTW best time so far is now a 12.468
 
Then its gonna be even harder to beat my new time:)
 
lol the ONLY way i can beat that is by adding TCS and even then i dont think my car even runs that fast with it on ... and its not allowed /cry

12.687 is the best I'm pulling this week. Didn't give as much time as I should've but thems the breaks. :indiff:
 
I don't even have time to get a run in, my favorite cars to....even though it's bull**** they didn't put an AWD DSM in the game....

Got in a ****ing car accident, and I have alot of other **** going on so....maybe I'll see ya'll next week...

That really sucks man! What happened?

Hey if you need an extension, I can give it to you... just tell me how long you need.

I just ran this now and what can I say, the Eclipse is a POS with no TCS. I don't even want to bother with this car. 12.508 for me.

Well if he doesn't post by 12 to say how much time he might need, there is no extension.
 
Whats the point of a deadline if its gonna be changed every week?? BTW my time so far is a 12.278
