ok, i think this is fixed now. after about 6 and a half hours, i figured out how to zip all three files into one. YAY!

To Small_Fryz:
If you're playing on a PAL Machine you can't. They'll download to your memory card OK but you can't view them. The opposite holds true as well. I was able to download a PAL replay (.xps) from Mr P to my card but could not open it thru my NTSC Machine. Kind of a bummer eh???...UB57

GREAT RUN Max!!! I lost 1/2 second to you from Start to T1 & from T2 to Finish. What was AMAZING though is the 1.3' lost between T1 & T2 where I thought I was doing so well!!! Thanx again for the Replay & the LESSON...UB57

I really wish I could view this replay... Im about 3 seconds off in the end and really wondering where I went wrong. Is there anyone that can put this into mpeg or avi or whatever is easy? Doesnt even need to be super high quality. Like 320x240 would be more than enough. If someone is already working on it ignore this, if not.... please pretty please!
