Some HIGHLY odd formations IMHO. I've never seen clouds so smooth and streamlined.

Wow they look freaky. Some look like they'll cause a tornado too.

My Dad is interested in taking cloud pictures but he's never come across something like that.

Amazing stuff! I also can't resist taking pictures of the sky when it looks slightly out of the ordinary. Gotta love clouds and sunsets.

And the last pictures does indeed look like a tornado forming.

I have taken pictures of triple-rainbows (one normal, second inverted, third normal) but I have never seen anything like this, with maybe the exception of the internal-cloud lightning.... You guys ever see cloud-to-cloud lightning? That is nuts, watching a bolt charge between two completely different clouds across the sky.


The ultimate weather moment is experiencing you house get zapped by lightning...

These are some interesting clouds. We have OK clouds here in Wisconsin, but I liked the clouds in Oregon. It was neat to watch the storms for over the ocean when I was there.

Two days ago we had 2 rainbows form after it rained. I would show you the pictures, but they are fuzzy because I had the macro setting turned on, on my digital camera. We usually get 2 rainbows.
