I don't think more than half of those cars can even have Snow tyres.

The KTM was on Chamonix, the others weren't.

Rome Circuit: Kei cars against an LCC Rocket '07.
High Speed Ring: A Nissan R390 Race Car (!!!) against exotics.
Ascari: Audi and Mercedes race cars (GT Stealth Model), a classic Ford race car (Mark III?) and an R390 without the Le Mans race livery race against other Le Mans prototypes.
Tokyo R246: A Citroen rally car, a 1986 Audi rally car, a stock Renault, a Subaru Impreza rally car, a GT-tuned Lotus Elise race car, and Nissan Silvia S15 and Skyline R33 race cars (both tuned by GT) compete on the street as well as a Honda Civic race car (also tuned by GT).

That totally isn't a fail. If they can do it it's quite impressive!
