Weird problem while shutting down...

Whenever I shut down my laptop it acts like there is a program running and has to end it and I always have to click on the end now button. I have no idea what it is and I cant find anything like it anywhere in my computer. Its called windowsFormsParkingWindow.exe I have no idea what to do?

I just had a look on the web and it can be to do with certain programs especially antivirus ones.....

Apparently if you go to start, run, then type msconfig and then go to the startup tab uncheck the programs one by one and restart till you find which one is the culprit...... HP image zone seems to be the problematic one.....

Thanks for the help, Ill look into that damn image zone later today. That thing gives me more problems than anything.
Edit: this is way over my head...

I couldnt figure it out but one of my firends came over and made sense of it all. Its all good now, thanks for the help 👍
