Overall, that doesn't look that bad.

Try relocating the new rims to look right and erase some of the slack around them. Also, try and stretch out the rear tire to look more realistic with the deep dish rims. If you really wanted to, you could adjust the hue/saturation of the windows after selecting them with the right tool and copy/paste a new set of windows tinted over that. This would eliminate your weird dude effect.

where are you getting these rims from? I've beent rying to find pics of cars with some tice rims so i can take 'em but i can never get 'em right. Can you tell me where you got 'em? Good job by the way.

That front rim is messed up, as pointed out already, and you should tint those windows.

Lens flares are not headlight beams. Ever. Nor can you see the light during the day...
