I painted cars last night and woke up today having the thumbnails as the color I painted and opened them, and they were all the original color.. What's wrong?
try clicking on the red buttom to save the game, dont know if it would work but sometimes when i go to the tunning shop with one of my cars, and kit them up, and switch the console off the parts are no longer there when i switch it back on....! so just remmember to give the button a tap when you're done!!

I have the exact opposite problem, the cars will show the original color but when I open it it's correct....the miura is the only one I can remember off the top of my head.
Always save the game before leaving...even if it just autosaved. I can't count how many races I had to do over because when I turned the ps3 back on it reverted back to where I was 4 hours ago...meaning 4 hours of racing gone.
