How to get there and were on the track is it?

As you get the "start" at Spa, stop and turn around. Go maybe 200 yards and go off track onto the wide asphalt run off to the right. Area is at the end of the run off.

Since I had never heard of this teack before the DLC (I'm not a really a racing fan), I never took the time to read the name off the correct way, so I just call it Spa Frank-Corn-Chips.
