Well I goofed up...

I accidentally deleted my game data the other day, not paying attention while trying to free up some space on the HD. I reinstalled the game, and luckily my game save survived. But now when I go into my garage, images of my cars are either missing, or have the stock photo. What do I do to fix this?

Highlight the car and choose Create Thumbnail?
