Someone posted this on www.s10forum.com. It happened right in front of this guys house, look at how f'ed up the car is. Supposedly the guy just lost control and flipped it. Guess the wing doesn't work all that well :lol:.

What kind of idiot drives a car not INTO but ONTO a tree?

I hope that idiot ***** his **** so he won't be driving any cars in the future~ :dunce:
 
Another example of what happens when you give someone a car that they can't handle. Granted, the Evo's no supercar, but it can drive circles around anything parked outside my apartment complex. Unfortunately, that kind of performance requires skill to keep the reins on, keep it in check.

Skill that this jackass obviously didn't have.. hehe. :)
 
Actually he walked away with minor injuries.
 
the Evo is supposed to be a pretty simple car to handle. seems like it would be hard to lose control with awd and good tires <8- P
atleast he/she can't get a ticket for having a headlight or taillight out <8- )
is it just me or is the license (spelling) plate missing? maybe a overnight test drive gone wrong?
 
The plate was blurred out like it should have.

Actually you could easily lose control of that car, I mean if you are going fast enough its not that hard to lose grip. People think the cars a race car and its not.

It's funny how everyone likes taking shots at people who have money.

You have no idea how the crash occured, the driver, the circumstances, the weather, the traffic, nothing. Yet somehow you think that this is all the fault of the amateur drver, who can't control the car. **** happens.

Take a look at the News forum, with the F430 Spyder pictures. All it is is a bunch of people insulting people who have money. Give me a break, we all know your jealous and just can't help it.
 
LOL. How on earth did he manage to get it IN a tree? I can't imagine waking up, opening my door, and then lumbering out only to discover a 20 foot drop! Boy that poor Evo...

I agree with elise racer in that we don't know the circumstances. Though the fact that it is in a tree, in the middle of the night, leads me to suspect tom foolery. Poor evo.

If it occured in front of someones house... And it looks like a lawn... It has to be a 25 mile zone or a 35 max... And I don't know anyone who is capable of landing a car onto that tree with only that amount of speed (A ramp?)...

I think the Evo somehow lost control, tilt over a planted object and started tumbling itself onto the tree. :odd: I really want to know what happen over there! :O
 
According to the guy on the S10forum the car clipped a car that was pulling out onto the road and he flipped.

Cars can be replaced... legs can't. Ask Alex Zanardi. You shouldn't wish people to be hurt just because they wrecked a car... it'll get written off, they'll buy a new fast car. Whether they wreck or not is not our business... just don't go around literally asking for others to be paraplegic just because they wrecked a car you like.

Meh... I don't think I came off THAT serious but I apologize if it sounded that way... I don't really care for the car since it can be replaced just like you said... I still think he was an idiot though...
 
It's ok... the driver probably was stupid to get a new Evo into a tree, but I just didn't think he deserved to be paralyzed for it... :s
 
I hate stupid people with cars they can't be responsible with, it's a shame when stuff like this happens. After hearing that he clipped a car at an intersection, it sounds like he was speeding through a stop sign, obviously a very, very stupid thing to do, even if he is driving one of the best braking road cars on the planet (maybe this is what 'justified' the stupid driver's speeding). I hope the driver of the clipped car is okay.

A bunch of metal and plastics. If you really care about an inanimate object so much, talk to a doctor.

Burn a million Lotuses, I won't wish someone broke their legs, that is just simply immaturely cruel.

I agree. But we have to remember that this forum is full of car geeks that dont make enough money to buy a car like the evo.

Jordan the OWNER of the site drives a G35 which is no chump change.

There are plenty of people on here that drive nice cars such as BMW's, 350Z's, and I know there are some WRX's around here.

Like I said you are and idiot who doesn't know what they are talking about. You should really leave the forum or shape up so you aren't hated forever.

How do you know that no one can afford cars like this? As Blazin' pointed out, the owner of this site drives a G35, a pretty mackin car. I know for a fact there are people on this board who own exotics, from Porsches to Ferraris.

Wait who owns a Ferrari (not that I'm doubting you)? I seem to recall someone saying that a while ago.
