What an awesome weekend!

Wow the weather was awesome here this weekend. I went over to my friends place to hang out and found out that one of our other friends was coming over and we where going to be doing a photo shoot of our cars. We did a lot of driving around looking for a good spot (over 50 miles!) but ended up at the place that was first suggested. I was just sent a preview of the shoot and thought that I would share :D

So what did every one else do this weekend!
Maybe this could be made into a type of thing where every one tells what they did on weekends to come.
 
The past weekend proved usual- Saturday: studied. Sunday: studied. Not much else to do in your final years of secondary school.

But yes, very nice shots. 👍
 
I worked all day Saturday and Sunday, and had a few beers with my friends while watching the Memphis vs. Tennessee game on Saturday night.

My life is so exciting.
 
I spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Clipsal 500. Some awesome racing, especially from F3, Carrera Cup and of course the V8 Supercars.
 
Nothing special. The most exiting thing that happened was saturday.

I bought a new anti virus program(me) and started experimenting with it. :ouch: (isn't that exiting?)
 
I scraped the snow off of my driveway down to the concrete.

I could have been done faster but my kids were scraping the snow off of my yard onto my driveway.

And I fixed my garage door opener, as it didn't... open.

Saturday spent playing Civ 4, with a mellow party in the evening finishing it off. Sunday was skate-day.


Oh, and great shots. You got an awesome ride :D
 
Stayed indoors. It rained the whole weekend. Kids and I played games and watched movies. The whole weekend went past with a blur, actually.

Friday, I did a little hanging out, did a Meijer run and watched a movie/played cards with a few friends. Saturday, I don't really remember what I did in the day but at night we went over to the girls' dorm to hang out. Sunday I had frisbee practice and homework.
 
I got the new LCD hung on the wall with all the cables ran in the wall for a nice clean look on saturday. I got the R1 out on sunday for a nice winter Colorado ride! It was a good weekend.
 
I thawed, and enjoyed seeing water instead of ice. Saturday I went rollerskating with a bunch of people from NDSU, most of them in formal attire. :dopey:

And now the water than had been melted snow is frozen again, and campus is all slippery. :ouch:
 
I sat down and did the GT World Championship, (won first try) and did the 4h race at the 'Ring. That was fun! (not being sarcastic)

EDIT: When I get my truck running and get my license I should do what you did.
 
Saturday, erm, not much, played hide and seek with some mates at midnight! Sunday, went down to my girlfriends and stayed the night.
 
YAY! Another good weekend!

On Saturday I went to a Nissan meet at an old drive in called XXX root beer. Sadly I only took one picture the whole time the meet went on and it was as everyone was leaving.

There was a good showing considering it was predicted to rain. I would say a good 20 cars showed up and thats not bad on only a weeks notice.

After that I went home and painted my new exhaust system with some high temp engine paint that is rated to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.

I brought it in my room to dry and I was, well lets just say I was a little loopy.

Then my sister called and came over to cook us dinner. When she left I went over to my friends place and we played some GT3 for a while then we got the itch to do some drifting and hooked up the ps3 and played GT HD. Next thing I know its 12:30am, my friend said that I could spend the night if I wanted to. So I took him up on the offer and fell a sleep watching Star Wars Episode 5. After I wake up I head to taco bell with my friend for some breakfast, pizza and bread sticks FTW!

We get back to his place and we decide to go up to his moms place and DO WORK! on her new Mazda3. She wanted us to take the badges off and paint them black. So after a lot a cigarettes and about 10 coats of paint we where all done. I didn't get any pictures but a Black Mazda3 with 20 percent tint and all black badges looks hella good. On Wednesday they are going to order some 5Zigen's for it are the really dark gun metal but they look black. She is also thinking about having the tail lights smoked, she is the only mom that I know that is going to have a Murdered out car. I hope to have my coilovers for my car by this week and if I get them they will be on the car next weekend along with the LSD and the exhaust shown above!
