It's rainig out, so coffee and a silly rap album are lifting my spirits.

About to retire - it's nearly 11pm here.

13:53. Enjoying my last 7 minutes of my lunch break.
Then, 2 more hours of work, them I'm on holiday off work for a week.

• Check messages on the computer ...
• Rush to work (45 minute drive) ...
• Check messages at work ...
• Run through my usual websites ...
• Get a little work done ...
• Go to lunch ...
• Back at work, check websites again ...
• Do some more work ...
• Check websites, make plans for the evening via ICQ ...
• Go home ...
• Check websites, double check on plans ...
• Either do what we planned, or sit around at the house. TV, PS2, web, etc ...
• 11:30 ~ 12:30 jump in bed and try to fall asleep.

Same is true for Saturday and Sunday, but without the work bits.

There, so no matter when you're reading this you know what I'm doing "right now".

Well, I've just had a project plan authorised. I've told two directors how it's going to be (they've got to spend lots of money). I've sorted some problems with some systems, and have issued two policy documents, one procedure document, and one white paper. I've bought a server (with a free 42U rack Pako!!), and some other stuff. My Bluetooth CF card didn't arrive, which is annoying, and I'm going to have to manually build a new PC (ditto).

So I've done far too much work today, and I'm whiling away the remaining 29 minutes before I can go home.

I read some of the stuff at pistonheads, the analagous writing style is plenty scare. since most of the authors are brits, your point is what?
