Easy, What can you just not stand in cars? It could be imports, or about modern day cars, just mainly, What do you wish didn't happend?

For me its when I see old Muscle Cars, (1960's Mustang, Charger, Chevelle, Camaro) with an AUTO transmission.. :ouch: It just ruins the point of a "Muscle" Car.

I hate when people put 22" wheels on muscle cars more than auto transmissions, at least they were a factory option.

For that matter I hate when people put huge wheels on their car and don't even bother making sure they fit properly and look good.

What I can't stand are fart cans. I mean, making a car sound good is fine, of course. But just making it annyoingly loud is just, well, annoying. Plus, cars with those kinds of exhausts are usually all show, no go (read: ricers), which I don't like too much in the first place.
And... I just don't like things that disturb my sleep for no friggin' reason :indiff:

Right, cause Powerglides were terrible for drag racing

What I can't stand are people whinging about things when they have no clue.

I hate those things that they do on shows like overhauling or that west shore customs things - all their "customising" ends with oversized and too shiny wheels, stupid colors and atleast 15 TVs and 56 speakers inside the car. And even more when they do that to cars like Astons or Mercedeses. Overall I hate stupid shiny modifications

Yeah same here, but if there factory size, and Crager wheels I don't have a problem. :)

People who say things, that really display their ignorance.

They put all of the computers and TV's in the cars because they're making them for companies like Dell and HP.

I think he means Pimp My Ride in which case they are apparently made for the "owners". Ever noticed they put all these gizmos and bling on them but do F all to the knackered engine that will be working it's bollocks off carrying all that extra weight.

I find that automatic muscle cars aren't that horrible, since they can still be fun to drive, especially with a manual valve body.

Don't forget the stupid people with the Z71 Silverados that have the same dual pipes out the back, and they always have to floor it from a stop.

I hate when people try to replicate or brand their car like something it isn't, for example people put M5 badges on their 5 series and pretend its the real thing, even when you can hear the diesel engine.. It makes me laugh but also is annoying.
I also hate the big stupid exhausts on cars that have like 80BHP, so pretty much I hate pointless modifications.

How is putting an M badge on a BMW bad? So what if its not the specific "M" model! Sometimes people send in there cars to be tuned by M, and thus feel the need to put the M Badge on. Thats what the owner before us did with my parents 3-Series.

I hate those little nutsacks that people hang from their tow bars. Usually utes. They must think it makes them more manly or something. And I hate it when people change the tail lights on their VT Commodore to Monaro lights so they don't match the centre section, or putting clear tail lights on ANYTHING but especially on cars like an Evo 4 where they only change the light section and there is a red piece left over. What's the point?? Ugh.

Hahahaha, I too hate those things. I'd like to buy one of those pocket 🤬 (can't use my personal one ), mount it on the front of my miata and rear end the crap outta those trucks.

Autos in muscle cars are not bad in my eyes.

Oh come on, the nutsacks are awesome. They're definitely the best automotive accessory of the last twenty years or so.

In Car Entertainment. If it doesn't make the car faster or handle better, it's not necessary.

Ooh, I'm not sure!:dunce: I think if you heard mine you might change your mind, and no, it's not installed in a ricer!

But cars that annoy me are those 'the-box-they-came-in' type cars. Every time I see a Kia Soul or a Honda Element or a Nissan Cube or anything of that ilk, I cringe...:yuck::crazy:

Also, Nissan Jukes. They look like exploding frogs. Totally uncool. My friend knows absolutely nothing about cars and she can identify one by name because they're SO abhorrently ugly!

And most SUVS. If you actually need to haul people AND cargo AND tow than I can understand, but 90% of SUV buyers would be better served by sedans or station wagons, which are infinitely easier on the eyes and the wallet. But mostly because I can't see around them most of the time when I'm driving and get stuck behind one.

Also, anything that has blue smoke coming out the tail pipe. And 18-wheelers. And dump trucks.

That is all. For now!:dopey:

What, like none? For a race car sure but I like listening to music. Imagine doing a long road trip with no beats!

I can't stand it when people are so obsessed with their own opinions that they are unwilling to accept that other people have different taste...

Lmao.

Ricers. Hardparkers. Rednecks in trucks who confuse me with the first.

The design of BMW's, starting with the E36 and newer. Just no.

Except the E52.

The way different car 'scenes' seem to not be able to get along with one another.

Enthusiasts who correct others making an error in a harsh way for little reason other to make themselves feel superior. If they have it wrong, educate them and see if they listen. If not, ignore them!

Drift charms. Especially on Saxos and 106s.

People who BS about their cars and get shirty when you suggest otherwise. This includes adding badges and lying that it's the real deal (see too many non-M BMWs with M badges all over them, same with non-GTR Skylines). Lots and lots of this BS in all-male environments, Vectras doing 170mph downhill, etc.

Also hate the nutsacks...

A person I know got very offended when they put them on their ute and I saw it and asked them if they were gay... He wasnt to happy about this and then asked why I said that.

I asked him, did you come here in that *pointing to car*... he said yes
I then asked, everywhere you go, thats the vehicle you come in... he said yes
I then said: so all day, every day you are coming inside something that has balls and you dont think you are gay because of it? Good on you :)

LOL's followed along with the prompt removal of the balls from the towbar

Many Falcodore modifiers, and the ever-increasing trend of Kia Rios riced up to look like Impreza WRX STis. And riced Hyundai Excels.

It's not necessary for a sports car, sure, but for a cruiser it is pretty much a necessity. My regular 1000km trips up and back from Adelaide have been thoroughly entertaining thanks to my sound system and my iPod Touch. The right music also gets you in the mood for some spirited driving as well. With a new sound system it just sounds much better.

As a native of the Los Angeles Metropolitan area, there's a huge list of things that bother me when I'm driving. Usually they are things that bother pretty much everyone so I won't list them all. I will, however, submit a short list of things that bother me by just existing.

I agree. Especially when they add absolutely nothing of value to a conversation themselves. Just pointing out someone's perceived lack of insight does nothing to help anyone. 👎

Been there, done that. Helped me to keep my attention on the road.
