I haven't seen this kind of thread anywhere so I decided to make it.

The idea is to share what car you used for each A-spec, B-spec, drift trial and time trial seasonal. They must be posted before each seasonal update.

Everyone's opinion counts and there's no wrong choice.

Example (mine):

Time no.26:
Event 1: Toyota 86 '12
Event 2: Mitsubishi Lancer Super Rally Car

Drift no.26:
Event 1: Toyota 86-GT concept '09
Event 2: Toyota 86 '12

A-Spec 12/28:
None completed

B-Spec 12/28:
None completed

------------------------

So let's give this a try, shall we?

It maybe ever changing so edit your posts if you finished an event you have not before.

Okay, New Seasonal Up
Dream Car Championship

Event 1: N/A
Event 2: N/A
Event 3: Pegeout HDI FAP
Event 4: N/A
Event 5: N/A

Stars and Stripes - Tokyo: Ford GT No stripe

A-Spec Challenge - GVS: Oreca Viper (still trying to beat this on R/H tires, but the Viper is giving me the best times so far. I can get 1:48 laps but need 1:47, lol.)

Dream Car - GVS: Assumed it would be tough like the last one, so I used the 727B and demolished the competition halfway through the 2nd lap of GVS. From now on I'll be testing all kinds of different cars in this event.

Chamonix: Impreza RM (didn't have the rally car all the top guys were using.) This worked pretty well actually!

Drift no.26:
Event 1: BMW 135i
Event 2: BMW 135i

Dream Car Championship:
Event 1: Pagani Zonda R
Event 2: Pagani Zonda R

You'll laugh at mine.

Drift no.26:

B-Spec 12/28: (No choice but to use good stuff on these)
Spa: - Takata Dome NSX
Sarthe - Audi R8 Team Oreca

TT 26 1, 400pp:

KPGC10 Skyline (tuned)

Was 1 sec off gold with Fiat 500F and Honda Z, just could not seem to make any more time.

Edit: Samba Bus (tuned) 0:48, beat my Skyline time.

TT 26 2: Honda Element, 299HP 1200+ kg.

DT 26 1: Jag XKR (tuned)
DT 26 2: Shelby 350 GT Mustang (tuned)

A spec challenge 1
400pp : Mini Cooper '07? (tuned)
500pp : Shigeno AE86 with slight tune I think

B spec challenge
Spa: the Lexus powered up to PP limit, no other tune.
Sarthe: 2J, high rpm turbo.

New Dream Car Seasonal:
GVS: BMW V12 LMR
SSR5: BMW V12 LMR
Spa: BMW V12 LMR
Suzuka: BMW V12 LMR
Eifel 111A: BMW V12 LMR

Only problem with this is that you never know when the XJR-9 will show up, so you really have no choice but to use an LMP. Otherwise, I would be using my Oreca Viper.

Dream Car Championship:
Event 1: Toyota Minolta
Event 2: Toyota Minolta
Event 3: Toyota Minolta
Event 4: Toyota Minolta
Event 5: BMW V12 LMR

That Jag isn't really a big deal. You should be able to beat him easily.

Just did SPA race so far.
Peugeot 908 Race-hards, no AIDS in cockpitview.

Great fun, beat the Jag with 2 seconds 👍

TT 400pp: Peugot 205 turbo 16, Triumph spitfire and Susuki GSX/R so far, got some Elises to try out too
TT 345hp: 205 rally car and RS200 rally car so far....not tried the Mitsibishi super rally car on it yet

DT Event 1: TVR tuscan speed 6, a really old Silvia, Triumph spitfire and Audi LM quattro so far
DT Event 2: Just the speed 6 I think

A-Spec 12/28
400pp: Peugot 205 turbo 16
500pp: Can't remember
650pp: Xania GT-R or whatever it's called

B-Spec 12/28
Spa: Several NSXs, a GT-R or two and the occasional Supra....Bobs have put over 1000 miles on the Takata dome NSX I got out the OCD for it:guilty:
Le Sarthe: 2J and the blue 908 HDI

Dream Car: just in the other 908 so far but need to go back with something a bit slower to make it more of a challenge.

for new seasonals I tried vertigo, citroen gt concept, detuned fgt, peugeot 905 race car, viper acr and bentley, will try more tomorrow :)

There is something weird about the AI in the new seasonal. I just beat the XJR-9 by 10 seconds in my stock Oreca Viper at Spa. The AI is really slow.

On the new 750pp seasonals I'm using the Suzuki escudo. Rapidly quick but a handful with all assists off!

Yeah its real easy, used my 787B for it, going to try again with my prize car Pagani Zonda LM edition but have the idea that it will too be a cakewalk

Now we have a new pair of trial seasonals

Let's hear it people

A bit late but there's the A-Spec challenge 2

Event 1: Toyota 86 (officially my favorite spec II car)
Event 2: Audi RS6 Avant
Event 3: None yet

Beat Rome against the Corolla Runx with a bone stock MR2 1600 G-Limited Super Charger '86. Comfort Soft tyres and all.

for event 3 in the A-spec challenge 2 i used the Pagani Zonda LM car with soft racing tyres, need to drive a very clean race. caught up to the BMW McLaren f1 GTR on the last lap :)

Really? I took out the stock Zonda LM with racing tyres and raced anything but a clean race (1:18 lap times) and still passed him in the last half of lap 4...
