What car did you use mostly for the Rally races?

My scooby Impreza (old version) with only about 350bhp and dirt tyres and my special seeetup. I dont have much truck for driving overpowered rally cars. Anyone remember the 80`s RS200 incedent?? (ok ok its just a game calm down you idiot take your medicine)

Oh, and I started off with the Mine's Lancer I'd won, set it up for rallying (softer, higher suspension etc) then got to the Scooby prototype and finished it off.

No need to buy a car - I klike that.

I used the Evo VI Rally Car I won from Evolution Meeting on Amatuer League. Tuned it once, won everything. No real problems

Yup. I managed to win the wussy way (riding the walls in the tough turns, and running him into the wall on the straights).

any Rally Car can do well... first time around i used the Lancer EVO VI WRC (the EVO VII sucks, just like the real one)... second time around i took the Xsara, and when i restart i'll take the Lancia Delta.

I ran the Imprezza LM.

I did try the RUF RGT, maxed out. Too much power, would constatnly smoke tires, and couldn't turn it the least.

Have to try the Falcon. Hmmm...

On the topic of Rally... Does anyone know of any good Rally racing games? I'm tiring of the constant tracks. Can't get WRC stateside yet.

Colin Mcrae rally 2 is generally regarded as about the best,it's a PS1 title so you should be able to buy it cheaply.

I used the Evo VI that I won in the EVO cup, it started off standard but in the end I added power to get the long races over and done with

I had a go with a Trueno last night and it wasn't very fun, too much grip so very hard to get it properly sideways

YOu could get Colin Mcrae 2 on PC as well but its only worth it on PC if you have a steering wheel. It has the great dammage even proper internal damage.

Talking of Colin McRae, I used to love blasting the MK1 Escort round in the mud and snow especially with the extra power and 60 fps cheat codes.

What's the best FR for rallying, I've never tried? Thinking of using the 'Stang first off.
