The closest you will get to that is the Nissan 370Z Tuned Car ATM, but it needs a few mods to be as close as can be to that GT4 racer.

It's actually a GTN-class car, but that's beside the point - the fact it's clearly a real picture of a real car, set at a real circuit that isn't in GT5 and taken from a GTPlanet article about the GT Academy winners driving in a real race, it should be patently obvious that it's not an in-game car.
