You DO know how to grind that ticket to get what you want, right? Get the ticket, save your game, copy your save data onto a USB stick, to into the game redeem your ticket, and if it's not the car you were hoping for, just quit the game, reload the save data from the stick, and try, try again.

*ETA: That obviously doesn't work if there's only one car in your year, of course. I was lucky enough to get the Lotus Elan S1 '62 on the first try, so that was kinda kewl...
