If you're trying to get a paint chip. The Lexus LFA is the only one.

I think there's two more cars that can be purchased in Matte Black (I know 1 for sure) but you can find them yourself by looking through the new car dealership.

No idea however you are given matt and (rarely)Chrome paints each time you get 30 cars. If the colour you randomly get isnt what you want dont press the "OK" button, reset the game rinse and repeat untill you get your desired matt black

Yep, but with the car you can (could?) duplicate it by sending it back and forth between two accounts.

There's at least two in the dealership:
Lexus LFA '10 Matt Black (375.000 Cr) and Toyota FT-86 Concept '09 Mat Black (300.000 Cr)

just so you guys know, the FT-86 concept will not give you a paint chip, even though you can buy it in that color. Not sure on the LFA

and if you paint a car, then gift it, you don't get that paint chip, you get the original one, so if you waste your matte paint thinking you can duplicate it that way, you are wrong so I wouldn't try. Looks like the only way to get mass matte paints is with the LFA if it does give you a chip.

probably less than you would make in a few minutes of grinding, so I wouldn't sell it
