Was Toyah's husband around by any chance?? If so, that would be cool - she is married to Robert Fripp of King Crimson, one of my 'would most like to meet' people...
 
I met Peter Crouch over the weekend when I was in the Trafford center with the missues. You see someone almost every time you go shopping there.

My wife used to work at the same place Jane Leeves' sister once worked.
She was also the manager of a posh restaurant where loads of celebs used to come in. The only one I can remeber is Chris de Burgh though. She didn't particularly like him.

That's cool. The closest that I've ever gotten to an American rock star is probably Tommy Lee when he was being interviewd at TRL and I was passing by Times Square at the time and I could catch a glimpse of him...that's it though.

See, that's the thing. I think the government here should make it illegal for girls under 17 to be hot. I'm 18 and fresh as a, err, cherry, and it drives me nuts when I see a super-hot girl, walk up to her, do the whole "hey, what's up, what's your name, how old are you, WHA, 14!!! OMFG!!! I'm outta here!"

I've done it before. Yes, it was quite obvious to everyone around me, and it was hilarious. But damn, she looked my age. Please believe.



And on topic: I've met the guy that sang "Achey Breaky Heart". What was his name again?

This came from 1 of 2 girls walking around a college campus who ran up to some lady (i'm assuming their mom) afterwards. No they didn't look 14, and what they were doing there (if that wasn't their mother) I have no idea, but I laughed for days afterwards. :lol:

Funny how I think Stevie Ray Vaughn is cool but Billy Ray Cyrus is a tool.
