I hate the golfer outfit for some reason. I've never worn it apart from to do the Four Iron mission. I like the Mr. Vercetti outfit that you get after completing the strip club asset.

The Havana outfit, I like to hang around Little Havana a lot and I just gotta wear the local colors.
That trick about parking a bike in the entrance to hop on it and reach the outfit once it gets bumped away from the entrance, does work though, it's kinda "pixelated" and you have to 'fall through the floor' but you can get it that way.

At "Collars and Cuffs", that's by the entrance of the multi-story car park where you first get the Ruger for the 'Guardian Angels' mission.

I actually prefer the Street outfit to any other. Although, I don't mind the Casual and Soriee outfits.
