do you lot keep a colour scheme with your cars? i mean all of mine, apart from the mustang and nsx type r, are black with black wheels. i think they look real nice!

*cough*
Lookie here!
*cough*

I prefer bright colors, because the details stand out better in the replays.

Well Black and Black alloys is another favourite colour scheme of mine. Other than that Silver's look good on any car and Red, Yellow is splashed in my garage too :cubist:

Do you keep all your cars :car: one colour? How is that possible without selling prize cars

i sell most of my prize cars......should or shouldnt i?:D

i have kept the astra touring car that i won, and thats in traditional colours. but apart from those the rest are black.

If I have a choice, the majority of my cars are either blue or silver. I'm not terribly picky about it when it comes to prize cars, but luckily the ones I've wanted to keep mostly match my colors, with a couple exceptions of course. :)

I try to keep my cars in a variety of colors, especially since GT2 where I had an abundance of white and silver cars.

I seem to have a lot blue, silver and black cars.

The only hard and fast rule I made was with my fleet of Skylines (other than the ones you win and can't change) where the blue ones have been kept stock and the black ones have been modded. Only way I could keep track of them.

Yeah, color coordination is about the only tool we have in GT3. Hopefully the next big release will have a personalized naming scheme like Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero has. Maybe even a grouping system, like multiple physical garadges. I mean, besides Jay Leno, who has a building big enough to fit 200+ automobiles in? (:

Oh, and I go for dark colors as well. The exceptions are the cars that deserve the bright colors. The NSX, S2000, MR2 ... and various others can actually wear YELLOW and look good doing it.

For online competition I buy white cars so I can keep track of which ones they are. I am also partial to yellow, and the royal blue.

'For online competition' eerrr and for which game is that Gil surely it's not :gt: I thought that was miles off.... around GT4 time? :computer:

Normally just choose the colour that best suits the car. If my kid is about he always gets the deciding vote.

Hence a yellow NSX with red wheels....... sometimes i despair.

It is for GT3, But for long competitions, like Street Racer 780's GT3 Street racing. I get a white car so I can keep track of it from week to week. As I have 116-120 cars in my garage, and, in the case of the GT3 comp I used a Lancer and I have at least 10 of those in my garage.
Also for the "spend a certain amount" comps. I buy white cars wherever possible to differentiate between the same models already in my garage.
This way when I go cleaning out my garage I know which cars to sell.

I have a yellow R-34 Skyline with gold wheels. It's a very sharp automobile.
