I did this and then I took a few laps around some tracks 😀

Sardegna, CLK, 2nd day of improving the setup by manipulating the PP rating and finding the right tune.
I am going balls to the wall with no fuel saving and not only working on being faster in earning credits i have no use for, but also trying to be constant over 15 laps with maximum effort.
Got a 3 star ticket, lowest reward on the wheel, thanks for nothing PD

Picked off a couple of small events I'd still not won, then did Sardegna WTC800 (nail biting finish, ran out of fuel about 10 car lengths before the line and won by about half a second), then the Suzuka WTC800 race, where I got ****** up by the rain. Second attempt stayed dry, and won that too.

Bought the Porsche Carrera GT with the winnings to use up the invite.

Put the Honda engine in the Mini and understeered into the scenery 38 times around a lap of Goodwood.

I bought a Trans AM and Civic. Then I swapped out the Beetle's engine for the Porsche took it GT Auto and also gave it a paint job. Then I took it scapes. Then I took it for spin at the Glen without the default setup and it was a little live to say the least. I didn't get it fully tuned but that will be my next project. Also I may have to start grinding as I have no credits. Not really interested in the legendary cars I just need enough to be able to customize my current cars so I will have to grind a little bit for that reason. If they increase payouts and add more content then I won't mind grinding but right now I do just enough to not be below 1 million credits

I golded the Spa Circuit Experience... though it's the first time I've bothered to check the difference between the individual sector totals and the 1 Lap Attack time... it's a full 2 seconds faster than the individual sectors combined. Across the 4 sectors, I was up by a total of 0.856 s, and yet that's nowhere near the gold time for the full lap.

I golded Sector 1 after 4-5 attempts, but did Sectors 2,3 and 4 on my first try. I then got Silver on my first attempt the 1 Lap Attack, hitting a 2:22.0xx, just over 0.6 s off a gold. However it took a full 45 minutes to shave that extra 0.6 s off to get the gold. I ended up getting a 2.21.1xx, just under 0.3 s faster than the gold time... pretty much all of the time I was missing was in that horrible last chicane, which scuppered me several times. The rest of the circuit is very smooth and a joy to drive in the Porsche GT3, but that last sting in the tail was a real pain...

Hmm, gotta try this car. Where do you buy it? Ive been doing this race in my trusty z4 and sometimes win with the 1 stop strat. But im only a B driver and havent done a sub 20 yet.
The Pennzoil GT500 GT-R is only available through the legendary dealership. Not sure of the rotation though, so couldn't tell you when it should appear next.

Took my Alpine VGT that I won with yesterday's daily 8 star ticket, and bought all the tires etc. Decided to see if it would win the latest Cafe events. Daytona on Fuel 3 with RH, easy, easy win with zero competition. St Croix, which I hardly know, on Fuel 3 / 2, came second only because I stupidly chose RM on my pit (never used that compound before). Doesn't last enough, doesn't grip enough but oddly comes stock on this car. This is a very good car and if it doesn't win, that's all on me lol. Now I'm wondering if Suzuka is a scripted rain race?

As said, it was in the legendary car dealership a while back. I used it and loved the sound of it but it's not exactly a car that can break records. I believe a lot of other cars have different benefits such as better gearing or better grip at the front end for slower corners. I also can't vouch for the fuel saving method but I have noticed that I have more fuel left over than anyone pitting just behind me.

This was my very poor attempt of a photo from the first race. I hardly do sport mode over some stupid fear of not doing well and always surprise myself. My average laps for this was 1:58 per lap and the second race can be done two seconds a lap quicker. The pitstop adds 30 seconds to the total time so I could possibly sit comfortably in future races.

On topic however, I have picked up my time trial credits.

Spent some time tuning engine swapped cars and working on a livery. Then I lost internet(No ISP downstream signal) and the game booted me. Tried to recover by tethering off my phone and lost all progress on my livery. Slowly counted to 10 while shutting the console down instead of ejecting the disc and running it through my shredder.

Purchased a Lexus RC-F Gt500 '16 as I'd seen a 800PP tune from @praiano63 for Sardegna and figured I'd give it go. Absolute beast of a car with this tune. Average lap time 1:40*, a couple 1:39:6* when I was on it.
I slapped a BMW Z4 Gr3 engine into this 3 series. Gave it the gubbins from Understeer. Took it to La Sarthe for a shakedown... Jesus.... Fast?.... Didn't take out the chicanes. From the Porsche curves to the first chicane it hit 197mph before having to brake last minute to make it around. She's as steady as anything on the straights, but tail happy if you hit the gas too early. Trying to tune it out via the suspension. Anti-roll bars are at 8 & 7. Putting FM at 6 cancels ilthe tail slide, but obviously harms top speed. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Rear downforce is at max. I could add ballast to the rear, but that'll disturb the 50/50 weight balance it has.
Also, been practicing at Spa in the rain for a Discord group race at the weekend. I suck in the wet. Quickest wet lap 2:39:8. I'm gonna get my arse handed to me😜

Well I just got shocked over something so silly. Had just 1 mission left to have all gold, hated it. Super frustrating and stupid cone challenge lol.

Was managing only 14+ seconds and told myself last one and that's it. Won't lie, no friggin idea how but I think by some miracle, managed a top time 🤣

Started setting up my Assetto Corsa Group A replicas. Fairly easy to do with just the basic color Verizon's(11 of them). Working on the four E30 '92 cars with the Final, Luk and Schnitzer liveries.
Lastly, will take a minute to do the Alfa liveries. Might grab a couple community liveries to save time.

Desperately need the 190E.

On the GTP account, I had to turn on the electronic monsters, but I got the last 5,000,000 Cr. from the Circuit Experiences by golding Nordschliefe. I have now golded every CE, license test, mission, and music rally, and have won every race and every championship (and every race within each championship) on that account.

That cash infusion allowed me to get 2 of the 3 Enzo Ferraris I want for tuning purposes. I want 1 more Enzo, a Sport quattro Pikes Peak (as I used the one I won and I want a zero-mileage one as it's a Hagerty's car), 3 Corvette convertibles for engine purposes, 4 Challengers for engine purposes, 4 180SX's for engine purposes, and 4 Sambabuses for engine purposes before I resume normal collection procedures. The 6-star parts roulette (the second on the GTP account) gave me a Bore Up S for the BAC Mono.

On the Plus account, I wasted money tuning the Nissan Fairlady 240ZG, thinking it could hang in the Alsace Human Tragedy. I went for old reliable, the 1975 Ferrari 308 GTB, and had to add 24 kgs of weight to @GilbertAuSki's tune to make it fit in the 450.00-PP limit (though the decoupling of the transmission gearing from the PP calculation allowed me to drop the final gear ratio to 4.580 so I didn't overrev the engine). I set up for a 1-stop race by using FM3, and after turning 24 mostly 2:29-2:30 laps, I had a nearly-perfectly-timed easy win as the clock ran out about 25 seconds before I completed lap 24. The odd thing is no miles were logged by the game.

I bought the 2021 Subaru BRZ GT300 and some tires (RM/Intermediate/Wet) for it before getting the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr. from the 3-star marathon Wheel of Despair.

I won Daily Race A in my Sileighty, drove my C6 ZR1 on Watkins Glen, bought the Trans Am, tuned it and took it out to Watkins Glen, then drove the Silvia TC on Watkins Glen. In case you haven't noticed, I really like Watkins Glen. Across both layouts I've driven 21 cars, which is more than any other location.

I'm still figuring out how to make my engine swapped cars to be drivable.

I won a bunch of races today with my 911 powered Samba bus, Coyote powered 'Stang Mach1, Hellcat powered Challenger and my GT3 BMW powered M3...Out of the bunch, the BMW is the one that drives the best, all I had to do was crank up the aero and balance the weight distribution.

I also fetched myself the MR2 and Trans-Am on the used car lot so they can get their new engines in...But their tuning comes later, gonna need to make some bank because I'm penniless now

Today I quit doing any of the wreck fest daily races. It’s pointless for me because sim not fast enough to start out front and I’m not mean enough to get out front. And my driver rating has plummeted anyway, so there’s just no incentive to keep trying. Which is a shame because last week at Watkins Glen was so much fun.
