Today I bought a Swift '17, made up a half cooked livery and set a laptime in the newest online time trial (the same Suzuki Swift at Nordschleife) and that's a hell of a fun time trial!

Saturday morning, more Nurburgring time with the Swift. 2 seconds shaved from yesterday's lap time and lots of fun had in this gaming session.

...and if/when you hit the guardrails, it's called Flugsplatz....🤣
I also did the Nordschleife TT and surprised myself with a silver...
What really is the bummer is I almost "cold-lapped" this but hit the guardrail on the apex of the VERY LAST CORNER before the Start/Finish line and made my numbers red...

Today I....
Drove every year of the Corvette stock 1 lap around the Nurburgring Track. What a beautiful line of cars.
Than I did a 15 Lap custom Race at le man no chicane with my p1 gtr.
Than I did the same race at le man but with my Enzo.
Than I did a 7 lap custom race at the Nurburgring Track with my p1 gtr.
Than I did a 50 Lap custom race at Tokyo East clockwise with my p1 gtr.
And last I did a 60 Lap custom race at Daytona with my Enzo vs Laferrari vs P1 gtr vs FXX-K.
Lastly I took this picture of my p1 gtr and Enzo.

It's monday but I'm not going to work until wednesday, so GT time it is.
Today I bought a Mercedes 300 SL '52. I installed a 5 speed gearbox and a set of racing hard tyres before hitting the Nordschleife. And boy, oh boy. The car is on rails and it is pure joy. Highly recommend it though! The only setting I did was increasing the top speed in the gearbox setting.
Also tried to tune the BMW CSL '73 (aka the batmobile) but that's a task to be finished next time.

Which option adds a gear to the car? Doesn't this car comes with a 4-gear transmission by default?

In the tunning shop you have various gearbox options to buy. For this car I bought a customizable manual gearbox which added a 5th gear.

I buy the fully customizable racing transmission and, for the 5 speed cars, it never added me a sixth gear

Don't ask me why, but 5 speed cars don't get a sixth gear. However for every 4 speed car (oldies like the 300SL or american muscle cars for example) we get a fifth gear when installing a new transmission.

Weather would be a LOVELY addition to SOPHY races. Also, I'm really hoping we get more than one SOPHY layout this update. There are quite a few notable tracks/layouts absent at present.
Not all 4 speeds get the 5-speed upgrade. One notable exception is the Willys Jeep. I'm sure there are more that I can't think of currently.

Bought an F TYPE - R and tuned it up with the new engine swap from the XJR Lemans V12 racecar. Became a monster and managed at least 252mph at SSX R, then the necassary shakedowns and glory shots of the new UK beast!!! Very nice car, good pullling power and handling.

Ran my Sophy 700 pp race at LeMans (30 mins) started at 22nd (not sure why) made my way all the way up 5th and Sophy and myself decided we wanted to be at the same spot at the same time. Unfortunately for me I hit the wall dropped down to 12th place. I think I might have had damage on because the the car in 13th place started out 9 seconds behind but by the and of the 1st Mulsanne chicane they caught me and eventually pulled away. Same thing happened with the next car 6 seconds behind and caught me by the end of the 2nd chicane. I knew I was not going to win so i quit and took my 5k cr from the marathon. This morning I downloaded the update bought the new cars ( 2 of each) got GTWs cars and DBR 9 Gr1 from the extra menu
