I've seen a thread like this in the Cars In General forum. Just curious, again, what did you see today? I've been in a bus crash, the bus didn't have a scratch, but the car was messed up... :lol: I also saw 2 fights, and a 2006 Chevy Malibu SS. (I never knew the Malibu had a SS version.) So what did you see today?



EDIT: I have searched for a thread like this for Rumble Strip, but haven't found anything.

Too bad I couldn't get any actual pictures of them... I wasn't holding the camera at the time. I got these pictures off the web. But just imagine the IMPACT. :lol:
 
Sounds like an interesting thread idea.

Today though, nothing really except that Texas folks still can't drive like the Europeans or have the same courtesy.

I went to a Japanese Garden to day, it was nice even for being cold and over cast.

The cool thing about this place it that no matter where you take a picture from it looks awesome and they have HUGE coy in the pond I mean HUGE!

Just so beautiful...... I might be a bit biased, but I LOVE Japanese Gardens.

We have one in Portland too, but I haven't been to it in like 20 years! That's going to change real soon. :D
 
This morning, I saw the end credits for God of War 2 (was up at 4am with the baby, so I decided to play for a bit... ended up finishing it).

I saw a West Yorkshire Police Lancer Evo pulling over a Subaru Impreza on the motorway.
 
I think this thread is a good idea but only if it's mostly picture based, like the car thread. Otherwise it will just turn into a convo thread.

I would agree with that. You're also going to get people making stuff up, so making it photo based would probably be a good idea.

I agree that this should be picture based, although, not many of us carry a camera at all times.

On topic though, I saw and almost ran over a skunk when I was booting home on my bike. I literally had to jump the curb into traffic to avoid hitting it, which means I almost saw myself getting hit by a car.
 
A girl at school passed out today. I guess it's because it's getting really warm now because it's becoming spring... But she had so much clothes on her that she just passed out and fell. Luckily, she feel into her boyfriend's arms rather then on the floor 👍 Awww, how romantic :lol:
 
A buddy of mine threw an empty milk carton at lunch. He tried to throw it at a kids head but it hit the lunch lady at the cash register. Pretty funny.
 
I saw an old lady walking to her car, then, she turned around and walked away somewhere else, and a lowered '95(?) suburban.
 
been looking out for this on the bbc site and other local news sites but havent found anything yet.anyway when i was on the bus in glasgow,sitting in traffic for around 15 mins wondering what was going on as there was loads of flashing lights up ahead,if anyones been in glasgow lately youll know that they have been working on the street outside the modern art gallery.apprently one of the workers had drilled right through an electricity cable and got shocked :eek: ended up sitting there for over 90mins but the police had closed all the roads in the immediate area and only openned it to let the traffic caught up on argle street through.didnt hear if he was killed or not but i would guess he would have been :( was a total of around 8 fire engines,2 ambulances and alot of police.

Oh man I saw a police Evo 7/8 on the M11 once, I couldn't belive it. They have the lil wing that I keep seeing on allot of the evos, not the big giant wrc special one.

I wish I had taken photos now, but I went with a friend to a wv beetle specialist shop and next door there was an exotic/japanese performance center. There was a diablo sans engine and the nicest looking nsx I have ever seen. We ended up having a chat with one of the guys ther about possibly swapping an impreza ej turbo block into my friends classic beetle and we got to look at an incredibly abused STI with some sort of mitsu td series turbo that was (according to the shop guy) running about 1.5 bar boost. When they started (barely managed to start) it up to move it, well it sounded very sick.

I almost got hit by a car while riding me bike.

I was just riding through a ford dealership and my chain started skipping like usual because its more of a hybrid bike ive been working on. I look down for a couple seconds then see a white flash to my left in my peripheral. I look up to see a white Saturn fly by me centimeters away from my front tire.

First two words out of my mouth, HOLY 🤬!

It was pretty funny though because all the ford people were hanging out in this little gazebo they have right next to were i was. All i heard was this black guy go OH DAM little bro!, lol.
 
While driving to school, i saw a friend of mine getting pulled over by the cops becaused he failed to stop for a school bus' stop sign. Now hes left with a $450 ticket and 6 points off his license. lol

I would make this a picture thread, but I can't even post pictures myself. If I could post my own pictures, then it would be fair to ask others to do so. Today there was a fight right in front of my cousin's high school. (DeWitt Clinton.) It's somewhere on YouTube. I will try to find it. It's on the news too. :)
