What do i do?

A while back, almost a year, my girlfriend went out with this guy, he cheated on her, and went to jail for grand theft auto i believe. Now, he thinks im talking **** on him, when im not, and hes threatened.

1.I dont fight (anymore)
2.He apologized to her, whihci htink is a good thing.
3.Im scared ****les.

form what i hear, this dude will hospitalize me if he wants to. Im not a bug dude, so what hsould i do. I plan on setting things straight, but what do i do if he wont let me?

A question about Life and Death ( not really...)

but i think you should just chill and try to defend your self if hes gonnna mess with you. dont worry man if i were you i would take it like a man and get a reastraing order!
 
Well, if you think the threat is serious, I would go to the cops and try get a restraining order. Depending on how amiable the fuzz is, they may go and have a "chat" to him to warn him off.

Or get a stun gun.

Let him think whatever he wants. If he ever comes onto your property with the intentions of hospitalizing you, or harming you, kill him, and say you feared for your life.
 
Buy a handgun, if you are 21 that is. Learn how to care for it, and shoot it.
Never, ever tell him you have it, or intend to use it on him. Learn some basic self defense moves with and without you handgun.

Buy combat knives and keep them around the house. Learn how to use them. There is more to knives then just stabbing people with them. Practice some defense moves and deep good track of them.

Keep all proof of his threats. When you get proof, call the police and file a report. The offense is called "Terroristic Threat." Make sure you tell them he is in jail, or once was. It could effect his parole, or his use of the prison phone.

The most important thing you can do is get a book about local laws about defending yourself against a criminal attack. This could spare you a lot of grief if anything drastic ever happens.
Obviously you have learned not to push this guy. If he confronts you, make sure you stand your ground and let him know if he tried anything against you that he will go straight to jail. Never say you intend to harm him in any way what so ever. If he does touch you, usually by pushing or hitting you, in any way, call the polic. DON'T touch him! If you fight him, the police will arrest the both of you.

Remember, this is all a last resort. Just try to straingten things out by talking to the guy. Don't use negative words when he gets things wrong, just tell him he is wrong. If he threatens you, tell him he wont with a firm tone in your voice, or he will go to jail, but don't get angry. Never show that, or he will keep doing it.

I feel for you SupraFly because nobody likes to be threatened. One thing you have tio be careful of is that this guy sounds like a crack head. If you really didnt say anything about him then hes obviously making stuff up so he can get back at you. If you really think he would put you in hospital then tell police. One thing you dont want to do is get yourself a gun and panic when he comes looking for you because you could get nervous and pull that trigger. You would then be to blame and you would go down yourself. Best thing is to get advice from someone whos knows the law
 
ask your girlfriend what kind of a person he is...if he is a reaonable guy then reason with him, make contact and try to get your point across...if he is a thug then violence may be all he understands...
if thats the case, then the restraining order might be a good idea or else your gonna have to fight this ****er...grab something big and beat the **** out of him before he does the same to you...
 
well im a small guy about 155cm and i always make sure im friends with the bigger ppl at school just in case somthing happens. So you could have a few buds with you when u talk to him or you could take the other ppls advice and talk to the cops
 
I think Solid Lifters pretty much covered everything there is to cover on the right side of the law.

On the wrong side of it, you could just introduce his knees to your friend Mr. Louisville.

Don't freak out. . . He steps on your property, warn him once when he initially gets on it, warn him again when he starts coming towards you and give him a final warning before he gets within 15 feet of you, then pull out a freaking 48 inch katana blade and slice his crotch off :D claim self defense or better yet maim his arse :D

Seriously, I wouldn't worry about him too much, he has already been to prison and he on't want to go back. If he has half of a brain, he will know he can't get away with anything serious.

If anything goes down, (ie., he does something to you) call the cops and they should issue a warrant for his arrest.
 
try to talk it out with the guy

if he gets anywhere within 100 yards on you, just

1. let him swing once
2. evade and i mean EVADE DAMMIT!
3. comment to beat that ass with something metal or just big
4. repeat steps 1-3 as necessary.

im telling you its nice to be a peacekeeper but should he cross your space you have all the right to levitate on his sorry ass.👍
 
well, does he know where you live? in that case, i would find some way to protect myself, possibly learn some easy self defense moves... but yeah, does your girlfriend still talk to this guy? maybe he still likes her and is just jealous of you if you're going out with her now. try and be careful, honestly i doubt u can talk to this guy rationally since he sounds like a crazy guy. good luck, maybe your gf should stop associating herself with him. he sounds like bad news...
 
Go into the witness protection program! my dad almost had to when one of his clients was dealing with "the mob" . or learn Taekwondo i did that now im ripped and dangerous!
 
I odnt know, im thinking more restraining order? She says hes all talk no walk, maybe this whole thing will just blow over...

you should certainly hope so.............how would beatin his ass to a pulp sound to youre girlfriend?
 
Considering he cheated on her and hurt her beyond belief, then comes back a year later to apologize, i really dont know what she would like. She has closure on it though at least.
