Aha, so you'll have a good example how to 'study' , when you'll go to college in a couple of years:cool::p

Studying my ass, my brother doesn't do ****. And he wants to go to "Neyerode" in a few years... oh god. Pim Fortuyn ( :nervous: ) and Wim Kok went there too!

Go figure.

Look at America:D
That bush is no genius

No kidding!

No, but I don't think my brother could handle a school like Neyerode. It's really hard!

to be where i am today, i had to get nothing less than a b+. i busted my ass all through 11 and 12 and ended up top 3% of queensland.

the thing was that i could pick basically any university course i wanted...sometimes i wish i didnt pick mechanical engineering...i would have rather picked medicen or something else now that i look back on it.

Me too, I hate people who want good grades. Friggin' idiots if you ask me.

Actually, I don't see the hatred towards someone who works harder than you. I don't feel bitter about people who are pissed over Bs, because I could easily get all As if I applied myself more. Atleast I used to until this year.

Must admit I tended to get through high school and uni on cruise control. I guess it's that wonderful combination of high IQ and extreme laziness.

i could have done that but if i had i wouldnt be earning 75 k a year. but i didnt wanna turn out like my old man, hes driven trucks since he was 19 and hes in his late 50's now. hes basically wrecked.

Looks like there's a whole rebellion against smart people. :( *cowers in corner*

I... errr... get all A's... errr... please don't kill me! :D

*Looks at Dudebasta* Yah! Fellow smartie!

My current plan is to be an Industrial Engineer... more specifically, if possible, a car engineer... I was planning to be a car designer, but even for someone like me, the field is simply too narrow (only about 2000 car dsigners in the world), so I've reconsidered my stance to avoid going to college for 4 years for no reason.

im by no means smart, i just applied myself. my second job out of uni was at mitsubishi motors in adelaide. i helped design safety features for the magnas...i hated that job, it lasted 6 months.

The whole reason I went to uni was to avoid any form of manual labour (he says as he trains for the Sydney half marathon at the end of May)

...just to add: i hate all the people who are like OMG! i just flunked my test (they get a C and die), and all those ppl who arfriad of b-'s and below. I have a 52.8% in science (flunking), a D in L.A. (English), B+ Math (the only thing i can actually do good in), and a C- in Social Studies. I know the real bad grades...so all you pussies out there shut up!

Hey, there's nothing wrong with trying. I bust my ass in school and I'm a little pissed at myself when I get a B on something.

Like I said, nothing wrong with a little effort, and being PROUD of it afterwards.

If all you do is jerk off and play PS2 all day long, then the only person you should be disgusted with is yourself!

But if you honestly are putting the time in, and trying your damndest, and C's & D's is the best you can manage, then you should be happy that you tried your best. Maybe you should hire a tutor or something.

Work in London in the City. For a , ahhhh, ummm, "major finacial institution".

Unsurprisingly i work in IT. SQL7 and 2000 / NT4 / VB / Bespoke data feed and a lot of business specific knowledge. Cool job, nice people don't give a stuff that i have a foot long pony tail at 36 or come in red eyed from playing PS2 all night. Pay is competative but not exceptional good bonus and pension package 25 days paid leave a year.

Didn't do great at school, didn't complete college. But did discover that working in an unheated warehouse in the middle of winter packing clothes sucked big style. Got lucky, PC's had just got off the ground so got a job working for PC retailer as their warehouse guy. Got even luckier, they let me train up as an engineer after 2 years of shunting boxes, luck was my lady and a mate got me an interview with this company..... Been working my nadgers off ever since.

Not working at school? Hope you get lucky too!

I work night shift at a daycare (until next month) and I work at a restaurant doing food prep and hostessing. I also take voice lessons at a local music academy and in the fall, I'll be back in college FT. I'd like to double major in music and I'm not sure what else yet. I might do music marketing, music education, music therapy.. who knows? So many choices, so little money! :)

Same here... the fact that I know that I can do better on a test is what might piss me off, not that fact that it's a B... If I were in a class where the best I could do is get Bs, then I would be satisfied. It simply depends on skill level, and not everyone has the same skills or talents.

Errr... read the latter part of the second quote in my sig. :D

Oh, btw Dudebusta, here's the real deal from Mr. Schulz:

"No problem is so formidable that you can't walk away from it." -Charles M. Schulz

my iq is about 125 but no one believes me just because i do ****ty in school, iq isn't measured in how much you know.
Anyways what i do, i'm a student i got two jobs, one of them is Landscaping(digging holes for trees and such) and i work at a golf shop so i don't really have time for school right now
