OK, I reached 100% completion. Now what? I still have a desire to play the game but I am starting to get bored. I was thinking of maxing out my B-spec points. They are at 8050 and he does very well at that level, so whats the point of maxing it out. Plus I have already won every race. I could start buying all the cars I don't have yet, but what will I do with them?

One thing I have started is doing the family cups with my favorite cars and increasing the level to see how well I do. This is somewhat interesting.

Anyway, lets hear how you keep yourselves interested after reaching 100%.

i have 100%, i have done evergy race, got all golds and missions, i don't like photomode, i try 2 recreate racing cars like the TVR Speed 12 GT (has anyone recreated this by the way?)

How do ya mean? By just replicating the real race car's settings?

I can't wait until I hit 100%. I'm only at 43% but I keep getting distracted by buying cars and then deciding I really want to drive a certain car on the ring for an hour. Then I do something cool and think I should take a photo. Then I will go do a license test to try and do better, or a mission. I need to concentrate. I think I have GT4 ADD.

Anyway, I don't think I will have a problem. Perhaps you could try racing a friend with something silly like a Standard Beetle. I like doing that too.

This one is easy, Go and clear all your golds you can in the races. Then start all over, but this time make sure every race you do is 200 points. You will be as frustrated as mission 34 in no time. enjoy.

Join the WRS!!!! 👍 👍

I couldnt have said it better! 👍

Come and join us, its a friendly but at the same time highly competitive series and I'm sure you will learn a lot, even if you are an advanced racer (with 100% completition you must be).

Look forward seeing you there! :)

i recreate the looks as much as poosible, power and i try to match the grip but i don't no how much grip the TVR Speed 12 GT has! So i do my best,

I too have GT4 ADD...the only reason I've got 75% is that I sat around one whole saturday and raced all of the manufacturers races in B spec .

What I have done (in order):

Get all golds.
Get 100,000 A-Spec points.
Get 10,000 B-Spec points (I'm still 16 short).
Test drive (on 15-16 tracks) EVERY car I own. I'm still working on this one.

Hope that gives you some ideas.

ouch, that's a LOT to do. :)

I bought all the cars availiable, including all 10 km cars and right now I'm trying to test every single one of them in the Nurburgring (tested almost 170 cars by now... ). I keep normal cars in stock condition, by fitting standard/road tyres and not changing the oil (except if they're used) and I keep racing cars as they are. I also don't use driving aids.

Learn to DRIFT!!!

I been stuck @ 43% for like 5 weeks now... hehe, drifting takes up so much of my GT4 time... lol...

100%

I dont have the patience to get such a thing. Dont get me wrong im good enough (i think i am) i just cannot sit there and race the AI.

about 90% of why i got GT4 was to play OLR against others. I get much more satisfaction in doing that than i would ever get for 100%.

I suggest you drop by WRS and check it out for a few weeks.

BTW keep an eye on the Board Challenge 5 👍, GTP's best racers are representing you guys (including me) 👍.

You will find much more fun racing real people and pushing your limits and improving then racing the AI.

After I hit 100%, I'm going to perform a Bang For Your Buck test on all the cars I have and find out what the best car is for each category of price......up to $5k, 5-8k, 8-11k, 11-15k and so on for both used and new cars. But not to waste all my time, I'll be performing the tests on Midfield, Tsukuba or Infineon and the 1/4 mile. :)

Mafs!!

I would recommend going for 100K Aspec points. Skills aside, to do this you are going to have to use a lot of cars that you probably haven't used or even found so far (and there are some gems to find). With the harder races you will need to play with the settings to get the most from a car to win.

I'm close to 100K and can honestly say that I've had a lot of fun doing it.

I´ve got 100%, all cars, all golds except coffeebreaks, and pictures taken of every car too, so now I´m gonna test all cars on all possible tracks. Gonna take some time, but hey, it´s fun!

i raced my friend in a Honda Life Step Van (i think that's what it was called) around seoul. won by .002 seconds. its one of those races where if you're off the throttle for a split second too long you lose. car was slow as hell, but the race was hilarious.

I am at 92.5% atm and have started wondering what to do next as I will probably reach 100% by the end of next week. I have been doing my game trying to spend as little as possible (check it out at https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=70402) and I feel I could go back and do it again on even less money. But it took me 5 months to get this far so am not too keen on starting from 0 again.

I may try the WRS just for kicks...

Hmmm. I opened the curtains, noticed that it was summer, and poured myself a cold beer.

After my short rest I set about golding all the licenses 👍

I have mentioned this on multiple bored and "I hate the slow cars" threads. You are teh first person to openly admit to also doing this. I have found that these kinds of cars make the race much more challenging because the slightest mistake can end the whole thing. Nearly every race is finished with less than a one second margin and usually involves some bumping and nudging down the final straight stretch.

What's more hilarious is racing a friend on Citta d'Aria. Give him something like the speed 12 that he thinks is blisteringly fast but has massive wheelspin, and give yourself the Dihatsu golf cart. If the speed 12 is black, you could say its a race between batman and the joker.

I kind of did that, but we both had Formula 1 cars and he had only had the game a few days and hadn't raced the track yet. He just took off at the line and I controlled my speed and easily caught up with him as we were about to go through the first "doorway". He tried to block my pass and got himself sideways inside the door section and was doing an Austion Powers trying to get back out. I managed to lap him because it took so long.

I´m at 85% and my goal after reatching 100% is go back get all silver then all gold licens test
get gold in everything and buy and own all the cars

thats my goal (but for the moment I am stuck with the bad ass Formula GT series) so I joined the PMC and forgott all about racing for about 2 months
pretty fun when u get in to it

but for me its back home and make the damn Formula GT

(some realy good idés there)

I'm at 75.5%, but now I've stopped gaining percentage, since I've made up a list of my favorite tracks (about 15) and tried every car in the game in stock form (wherever possible) and gone on Family Cups... you should see the Fiat 500 on the 'Ring against similar cars... whooo... flying laps of 15 minutes.
