What's your setup?
NOTE: You can include pictures of your drift machine if you so please to. I will probably be posting my drift machines regularly if I get the chance to.

I use Chasis reinforcement so I can control my machine better in a drift.
I use a High RPM turbine because I stay at high revs.
I use a FC transmission or if I'm lazy, I use a Close ratio transmission.
I ALWAYS use a FC suspension.

And PLEASE do not argue or criticise anyone's setups in saying,"Oh, my setup is better," or ,"You are a noob for using that."

I use:
Chasis Reinforcement
Mid RPM turbine to avoid as much turbo lag and because i stay on mid revs.
FC transmission
Supercharger if I need power!
FC Suspension only!

Haven't used it on any cars in GT5 and don't intend to

High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine?

High RPM if I'm on a fast flowing track. Mid RPM if I'm dropping gears alot!.

Close ratio transmission or FC transmission?

Fully Customisable so I can stretch out 3rd and 4th.

Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not?

Supercharger. Helps bring the power up on those low RPM pull aways.

Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension?

Fully Customisable. I believe in major TOE angles on the front and back so, needs must!

- Normally I don't use chassis reinforcement so my cars have a little roll and shizz.
High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine?
- Most of the time, I install High RPM turbos on my cars. Rarely do I use Low & Mid.
Close ratio transmission or FC transmission?
- Fully customizable. Allows me to tweak the gear ratios, obviously. Useful when changing tracks.
Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not?
- Depends. If the car is torque-y enough, N/A. Should it need more torque, blown.
Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension?
- Again, Fully customizable. The reason being is that it allows me to change setups suitable to whatever track I'm on.
 
Chassis Reinforcement or Not? - Not really, creates understeer.

High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine? - High RPM, because in my style of drifting I like to hit the rev limiter quicker.

Close ratio transmission or FC transmission? - Close 5 or 6 speed as it doesn't have delay when switching gears.

Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not? - Depends on how much power the car puts out.

Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension? - FC, because of the ability to change settings to what you like.

- Supercharger only. No point in V8 if it doesn't have a lot of power.

Chasis Reinforcement or Not? - Yes always, I can feel a massive change when I don't use it, the car is wobbly and reacts snappy
High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine? - High RPM like I use it on my C63
Close ratio transmission or FC transmission? - I have a setting that is close to the one used in the Hollinger gearbox of D1 cars.
Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not? - My main car is a Mustang Mach 1 and I'm driving it N/A with limited 500hp
Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension? - FC, always

-High RPM Turbine (more often used than Mid RPM). I also like to keep the stock turbine(s) installed, so I need to use low-power techniques.

-CR Transmission is usually good enough for me, unless it limits top speed too much.

-Supercharged of course.

-FC suspension all the way. :)

Always chassis reinforcement, it really helps with the stability and feel of the car.

Usually high, unless I have to meet regulations.

Sometimes close, but mostly Fully customisable

All depends on the power, and it's curve

Usually do now, I didn't used to because I thought it would make the car too rigid and hard to initiate.

High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine?
Used to run Mid on most cars, but now I use High because I'm nearly always just below that rev limiter and thats where the High RPM turbine counts.

Close ratio transmission or FC transmission?
FC transmission, if I need to make a certain gear longer or shorter, I can.

Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not?
Rarely use V8's, so no preference

Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension?
Along with your L.S.D, FC suspension is the most important aspect of tuning a drift car, so yes FC every time.
 
Sorry to mess up the party, but Turbine level and Supercharged option are competly optional depending what car we are driving. So there are not pattern for that choices.

There is no how always pick supercharged on cars N/A or use always turbo level 2 (there are more factors than only turbo latency).
 
Hence why it was specified to turbo option if the car is turbo charged.. and supercharged option if the car is supercharged.. Look into it more before you bash away..

Never on my drift cars only on race cars. I prefer chassis flex as I am a faint drifter.

High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine?
Low or Med, I prefer a lower torque band for my drift tunes.

Close ratio transmission or FC transmission?
FC always

Supercharger always over turbo.

Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension?
FC suspension always
 
Chassis Reinforcement or Not?: Depends If I use a spoiler or not, I use it when I don't have a spoiler.

High RPM turbine or Mid RPM turbine?:
I normally use High rpm for all my cars. I do use Mid on a few of my Toyota Chaser's, but that's about it.

Close ratio transmission or FC transmission?: I use both, depending on how the transmission reacts too the car.

Or, for you V8 drifters, Supercharger or Not?: I barely ever drift v8's, its just not my style. For the ones I have drifted, I choose to use the super charger.

Ride Height Adj. suspension or FC suspension?: FC suspension always, tuning a car's suspension is key when drifting on a wheel.

Maybe my english really is not too polished for simple understand, or maybe there are stupid people who are functional analphabet here to interpret a single text.

Of course supercharger is not option for every cars (maybe a minority have this option), and thats not even the point i was discussing. I said that depending what car, a supercharger mod works better, some other its better not use this mod.

Also, about turbo level, it all depends of what car, what track, what gear relation´s behavior, and so on...

Is that enough or do i need to draw?
Oh, by the way, i wasn´t bashing anybody, but now i am. This thread is not any helpfull, because padronize something impossible to create a pattern.

i always put this basic setup on every car i drift, then if im considering competing in it i will fine tune the setup.

chassis reinforcment: yes
Suspension:
ride height- rear at min, front +15 above rear
spring rate- front 12,rear 12
damper extension- front 7, rear 7
damper compression- front 6, rear 6
anti-roll bars- front 5, rear 7
camber- front 3, rear 1
toe- front -0.35, rear +0.35

Transmission:
1st- as far left as possible
2nd- as far left as possible
3rd,4th,5th,6th- make a smooth curve with 6th maxxing out at roughly 190mph

Differential- 5,60,60 ALWAYS

I use high turbo 99% of the time, the only cars i use the mid turbo on are the Supra RZ and the '07 Blitz ER34 because of the turbo lag.

I always use the supercharger if i can because of the torque gains from it.

-Fully customizeable, because there is a difference between the Nurburgring and Eiger Nordwand, lol.

-Fully customizable, and then drop it to just within 5 mm front and back.

Nowadays I just drive the cars stock and drift.
No car in my 1000+ list is tuned for drifting.
Just saying.
