What does SNAIL mean to you?

Hey guys, I'm working on a little something, and I need some input from my fellow SNAIL drivers.

What drew you to SNAIL?
What keeps you coming back?
How would you describe/sell it to someone who is new to sim racing?

I was drawn to SNAIL because I was attracted by the promise of clean and respectful racing.
I keep coming back because of the comradery, and I feel the competition makes me a better driver (iron sharpens iron).
I would describe SNAIL as a COMMUNITY that takes sim racing seriously while also encouraging and equipping its members to grow as drivers.

I won't be too original but my answers are similar to yours.

The promise of fair racing attracted me. All the organization and the members who put a lot of time to keep order in all the different series. I seriously get better as i run with the community. And i’m glad to be part of this by helping with the different chores.

In addition, it makes me practice my English and it gets better day by day!

Basically just the slight opportunity to win against @Worst_Driver and @Nicktune 😉and practice my French which gets louder every time they pass me.

Snail is a great community and I found those in it to be really encouraging for those who want to hone their skills. For me, there was always someone faster which allowed to ask questions and learn here and there. I'd sell it as an opportunity to learn. Snail is in a great place because who is involved and representing it. There is an absence of elitism that I can easily find in other series.

Cons for me include the rigidity of the system and regulations. It does get repetitive, which is why I ended up taking a leave. However, it does double down on itself in greatness for sticking to its course as well.

Then you should give our Saturday Endurance Series a try. It's more light hearted and more flexible than the Sunday night races.
