Note: Awesome light up cube, oh-so-huggable Town Fair Tire Man, and the locations of pervious posters.

Where that 'other' magic happens:

Messy; the bed's never made and there's clothes everywhere. But considering I only go there to sleep and get dressed, and nobody but the wife and daughter ever see it, that's okay by us. It's rather ironic, we both used to keep such neat and tidy rooms when we met...

The only time the bed is made is when we go away for a few days.

Where does one get a Porsche poster?
I got mine from the LA Auto Show (I didn’t buy any of my posters – almost all of them are from the LA Auto Show). The bastids cheapened out this year though and didn’t give any out.

So you only make the bed look nice when nobody’s there to look at it? :p

My Dad and I would love to see that Earnhardt picture.

I've actually got two, I forgot about one of them (ahhh!)...

That would be me getting to meet him in 1988 at Berger Chevrolet

Probably worth some money (not for sale)

Probably worth even more money given the combination of the two (the #21 car is signed by Johnny Benson, the hometown racing hero, currently running in the CTR series in a Tundra), but still not for sale.

Casio eats at Burger King? Did we enjoy our "Quad-Stacker" with Bacon and Cheddar? (lol)

...Sweet Holden posters. Too bad we don't have them here. Although I suppose I could get some printed...

Toronado
Where does one get a Porsche poster?

Auto shows and dealerships are good places to start. Check out the local elementary schools' "Book Sales," they will occasionally have some good ones for sale. I was browsing one that my Sister's school had a while back and I came across some sweet 911 Turbo posters.

...I think there may be one or two under my bed that I got at an auto show a while back, mostly 996 models I think. If I recall correctly, their booklets have fold-out sections like that. And most times, the Porsche dealers are happy to give them out if you go in and poke around...

Here's mine. The only things I hate about it are it's small and the colour is awful. I've been wanting to change it to blue for the past 5 years now, but none of us can be bothered to move everything out to paint...

The "to be" space for the PS3 equipment. I hope there's enough room. :scared:

The shelf above:

My bed with a box full of magazines and scalextrics track underneath:

My only poster (my parents by mistake ripped up one of an Enzo...), all of my car models, and some books I never read.

My cupboard full of most of the car magazine and brochures collected over the years. It's getting pretty tall...

It's not in my room, it's in the office. It was either the 360 or the PS3 in my room. I chose the PS3.

Why hook up a PS3 to a small TV, when you could mount the LCD HDTV to the wall, anyway nice images guys, but I post my photos up in March, when I get my PS3.

We're getting another HDTV, that's why I'm worried about the room. And FYI, all the equipment is half shared with my brother, so I'm not paying for everything.

I'm a bit disappointed that no-one posting yet has an IKEA bed.

Soooo many people need to clean their rooms! It makes me sick a little bit in my mouth.

We don't have an IKEA here in Grand Rapids, much less any that I know of in Michigan. As for cleaning my room, well, it isn't that bad is it?

...I just need more room for T-shirts. It seems I have quite the collection now, and I don't have enough room for them in my two dresser sets...

Heh, this thread incedentally caused me to forge a path through my room in an attempt to clean it. Seeing the amount of mess in other peoples' rooms reminded me of how much I really can't stand it, but I've basically only been home to sleep for the past month, so things have been stacking up. I'm back to living with my dad after being on campus first year, and it's actually my sister's old room, so it's a pretty nasty yellow. Oh, the bed's huge, but more ugly sheets and stuff, and the ones I bought for res definitely won't fit.

I seem to have the same problem, YSS. I actually just finished putting 20 tee shirts into a box I plan on taking to the nearest Value Village... and I still have a solid 30 or 40 in my closet. It's pretty sad that I'm running out of room in a fairly big room, but I have no proper storage. It's mostly just magazines, PS2/DVD stuff, and clothes. Oh, and the computer. I'm surprised there's no Ikeas near by, you should check the website out for that. Some of their storage stuff is pretty handy 👍

Anywho, no actual pictures from me, you guys can all visualize if you must ;).

You know what may be a good idea? What Does Your Neighborhood Look Like?
After Scaff posted pics of his new ride I consideered starting the thread also. I'd be very interested in seeing other peoples houses and surroundings. :)👍

I'll get pics of my room later. The wife works nights so she is sleeping right now. I don't think she'd like me in there taking pictures. One thing I will say is this - I think I'll be one of the few that has no game system, computer or posters in their room. I do have a hand painted picture, though.

This is the bedroom.

And the view from the window.

Dave, you forgot the obligatory "Where the magic happens".

Also, looks like a nice cat.

Name? Breed? Age? :D

Hey look I have a bed. Oh and a Kitchen:

Oh yea, and a Bathroom:

Random stuff:

All of this was on the floor not so long ago:

Oh man I have a huge pile of clothes and you totally don't:

Free Xbox anyone?! I still have it!

My room is so cool it has it's own industrial park:

The main area:

Oh yea, this is hooked up to my computer (really, it is):

TV and other stuff:

Anyway do I win the room contest?

Edit: Since we're posting random newspaper articles we have as well (Which if you can read it, is a load of BS, just about everything in it is wrong):

That's where the magic happens.

Name? Breed? Age? :D
He's called Felix, he was the neighbors cat but they moved out and he cat kept coming back to their old house, so they asked if we'd look after him. He's about 12 or 13 years old, we've had him for just over a year. I don't know exactley what breed he is other than he's part persian.

READ THE ARTICLE!!!

It says Bergin popped his clutch!

BERGIN CAN'T DRIVE STICK!

EDIT: John's room is truly disgusting.

That article is so far from the truth it's like you wrote it.

And I just cleaned my room! That's why I have eight garbage bags laying around!

Here's my mess of a room:

This is my station, complete with the DFP I've been groaning about recently:

This is a closeup of some of my car magazines (btw, nice set GT). On the left you see a stack of Popular Mechanics, which I'll soon drop; Automobile; Motor Trend (which is also being dropped soon in favor of Sport Compact Car), Car and Driver, and Road & Track all organized by month. This particular stack goes back to 2001 or so:

These are the more recent years. Looks like I'm running out of bookshelf! :scared: The rest of the collection--going back to 1999 (I still have my first store-bought issues of each)--are stuck under my TV:

Speaking of which, it's a 24". Maybe a 26. I don't remember:

And this is The View. It's a pretty lame day with all the clouds and the half-melted snow:
