What exactly causes this glitch?

I was looking for 100 hidden packages last night and I managed to get 70 I was on Starfish Island when I found my 70th package. I just aquired a Rocket Launcher! :D so I went to my mansion and it wasn't there so I went to the other island and then I started toward my mansion I was not to the mansion yet . [OK HERES THE GLITCH] And I see something moving in mid-air like 15 feet above me :lol: It was a police car flying in mid-air! :odd:[END GLITCH] I shot with my sniper and here came flying the Police officer out of his car :lol: I was busted like 1 second after I shot it. :lol: :odd:
 
Wow...so what happened, did he land on you or something?
 
I dunno, maybe the gun you were carrying was magnetic, and he had a giant magnet on him? :lol:

you have been a victem of supercop(c). hes faster than any car, plane, helicopter, and boat and can bust you no matter where you are
 
i think i went up against supercop (c) once, i was blowing some crap up with the rocket launcher, and then from a ways away i could see this cop running at high speed towards me, i paniked (sp) and unloaded my rocket launcher into him, after the soke had cleared, no more supercop(c) :D
 
Heh...never encountered the "Supercop" before....:D :D I'm just too cool. :lol:
 
I guess he's just a weird graphical/programmable glitch which sums up the rage of all the cops...and each time you kill one, a secret cop gets stronger, until it is finally unleashed into the wild, to face the ultimate enemy! :lol:
 
I don't think you'll want to either...:trouble: My first sentence of my last post was true (well the first bit) but that second sentence was just me...:lol:
 
GREAT! Now I have police cars flying off buildings in Vice Port. :lol:

I'll make a video of it when I get a capture card. :D
 
Is there any particular building it is flying off??? Or is it just random...

As I was heading south from sunshine autos as I approached the pay N spray on your left with 5 stars and I did see a police car fly through the air across the intersection from east to west--it looked like it had hit a ramp or something (the way it was flying) but there was no ramp around (no packer either). I didn't see any super cop though.

Not sure how it got airborne. :confused:
 
Isn't there a ramp in Little Haiti that if you launch off it will send you flying past the Pay'n'Spray?
 
yes but could a cop get enough speed to get over the pay and spray? i've landed on the pay and spray once with a PCJ 600
 
Yeah it came flying off the Pay 'N' Spray in Vice port toward the taller building at its right. It never makes it though (crashes into building at right). :lol: You need two stars or more. I'll explain how to do it in the video. :D :p:lol:
 
It does NOT get on the building using a ramp because I got it to the fancy camara angle by pressing Select a couple times and it just "Appears" on the pay 'N' Spray. I'll show it on the video. It'll be about 45 seconds long with all the camera views I have.. :D :p
 
Oh, the one near the docks...Maybe it got dropped by a SWAT copter then? :lol:
 
I'm gonna make a glitch video insted. I managed to fly under the city, Drive a blown up car with 3 wheels on it, ( :lol: ) Drive inside a ghostly North Point mall, Find a picture under the Ammunation in downtown. And I'll do some more. :D :D :D :D
Oh. I was about to puke after flying under the city last nite. :lol: :cool: :lol:
