What happened to the YouTube button?

Now its a Vimeo button, so I have to replace VIMEO with YOUTUBE

It's still a Youtube button for me, there is a Vimeo button to the right though.

Hmm, the button is still there, and I haven't made any changes in that area. Aside from clearing your cache, I'm not quite sure what to tell you to do.

Don't fret too much, though; with the pending site update, you'll be able to just copy/paste the full YouTube URL, and the video will be automatically embedded without the need to type any special tags or click on the editor button.

Will it be possible to enter a link to a video without it automatically being embedded?

Yes, you can still link to the video's page as you would create any other link and it won't be automatically embedded.
