What have you learned since you registered at GTPlanet. I have learnt many thing such as:

  • Basically, all of my graphical talent started out here. Since I joined GTP, I now know how to make animations and how to use 2D Graphics Editors like Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.
  • I've learned heaps about basic static web design (html, xhtml, etc). Yet to learn dynamic web design though (php, MySQL, etc).
  • I've learnt heaps about computers. I though ME was the best OS and I didn't even know what a processor was before I joined.
  • To top it off, I know more car manufacturers.
  • You'd think being a Gran Turismo site, I'd learn more stuff about GT. But that isn't the case here.

Learn how to be polite to people, how to get people to notice you
Life is unfair, get used to it!
People can be extremely biatchy (not many of you out there)
How to act decent so people will think you're normal

ROFL - Too many people are too sensitive. Oh yeah, how to tune suspensions too.

I've "gotten to know" some great graphics designers, and gotten lots of cool and useful tips. And i always get a good laugh here. Klos' antics and whatnot. :)

- Posts don't matter.
- GVX is the best GT racer.
- Use proper punctuation and your posts will look better.
- Some of your old friends from when you first joined GTP are never coming back. :(
- Never volunteer to be GTP's Team Captain 2 weeks after you join.

I think that's about it, those were just off the top of my head.

What photshopping is
A reason to go on the internet

I've learned:
-Photoshop
-More Car Manufacturers ( i had never even heard of TVR, or Pagani) and I know many more cars by name.
-Windows XP (going from Mac to PC, but I'm still a diehard Mac user.)
-How to act on Forums
-I also found CART soon after joining and became a huge fan of the series.

There's probably more but I can't think of anything else to add at the moment.

Patience. Really.

Things I've learned:
-How to better convey my thoughts and opinions through writing.
-How to tune your car in GT3.
-I've learned more about actuall cars and manufaturers.
-Lots about computers.

Thats about it. I have spent a lot more time on the net because of GTPlanet and I actually have things to do when I go on-line now. I've made so many friends here and they are all great, but I'm going to save that speech untill my one year aniversary here.

Thank you Jordan, for making this site what it is today.

I love the world. And talking to people from all over the world and learning that everyone has the same basic characteristics is a comforting thought.

I've also learned how to write clear, concise posts that people are more likely to read. I know how to write something that captures peoples attention.

I've also learned so much more about cars. Its the information age, blending is behind that is the communication age.

Never before have people from all walks of life been able to talk and become very good friends. I think that the more people learn, about themselves and others, the better this world will become.

Has anyone read the Celestine Prophecy? I think it is inevitable to come true.

Everything I know.

Same here.

And I've learned how to unscrew license plates. Have arbitary lawsuits. And I have some more insight in the principle of: Money, lots of it. Fast and easy.

This is going to get me a mansion in Tenessee and an XC90 some day. And a sadist blonde, apparantly.

Ahem. It's still early.

You have to be born with certain qualitys to become a moderator.

Uh, allot of things about cars and some more computer stuff.
Also how to initial my posts with Omar's initials.
