They did level the playing field. However, most of that leveling was achieved by running over the other cars while drawing 999 mph skidmarks all over online lobbies. Completely flat.

theres hatred becuase they cant do it, probably jealous. x1's are still grippy enough and fast enough to piss people off in a lobby as a standard car so the only difference now is its not a x1. if u dont like it dont use them, i dont like dodges but do u see me compaining that they are in the game???? no........ so as before... if ur gettin rammed kick them cos gettin rid of hybrids wont stop that happening, as for PD patching it...... they wont........ if i made a game and there was a harmless hack which got millions MORE people playing the game then as a creator id be over the moon. afterall games are designed to get as many people as possible playing. updates will effect hybrids but i doubt its on purpose

Hybrids are still around, even online And that 15000hp wasnt changed because they did something else other then the hp multiplier

Realistic hp modding is still possible, every car I've redone after the update is under 2,500hp except for one car. You can still get almost any amount of power you want out of a car it just might take a few attempts because it's a lot of trial and error doing it on 2.12.

The kind of organised racing that takes weeks or months to build up (members, handicaps to equalize performance etc etc)..

I've spent thousands of hours and alot of money building my series and my site, just to have all this undermined because guys come in with hacked cars, members ask "....wtf was that all about.." - they have the "hacked" scene explained to them and it takes 10 times aslong to convince then not to give up on GT5 and to stay.

Hacked cars have totally undermined the organised race scene, especially equalised performance. Members come to these races knowing they have "equal chance (performance)", after hacking, they no longer know this and do not see the point in continuing. Subsequently, when the members go, the undermines the series/sites for those who are left or are the organisors/hosts.

This is why 99% of people and websites I know hate the hackers, including me.

The hackers "fun" and "..we're not hurting anyone..." is complete rubbish, they have undermined something that has taken alot of people a hell of alot of time, and often money, to build up.

It's got NOTHING to do with jealousy..

Then I don't see the problem. If you can detect chassis swaps and everything else is detectable through the normal room parameters what's the issue? Sounds like you're making a mountain out of a molehill to be honest.

That was on my list of things to do, the RGT into the 3400S but I never made it. Hey can you send me a copy? I did detune an RGT motor so I could get it into 450PP races without massive detuning but it didn't make it.

Whatever they did with 2.12 it's definitely affected online performance. Lag and dc's are up and there's some other weird stuff going on that I've never seen before.

It's all public. We all have access to youtube and google. However, this is the type of crap no one appreciates. You're just a griefer. You're not doing anyone any favours.

This may not have occurred to you, but developers read forums. That's why I'm transparent about what I've done as far as modding goes. I WANT my posts read and digested by the developers. However, it's a double edged sword and just like a speeder can get fined for posting a video on youtube, you can get banned for admitting to being a griefer.

I lost everything except cars that have tires, painted race cars, and grip % addition up to 125%... Anything over 125% shakes and twitches violently and resets itself.. In addition horsepower mods can still be done by just swapping out ONLY certain engine components, if u want to know what those engine component are PM me, though I can't tell you the code or how to do it considering that is against the AUP..

So you come on here bragging about how you cheat legit online lobbies to win races, really? That just makes you sound weak and is nothing to brag about. Its people like you that should be banned permanatly from online play. Thats the only problem I have with this whole hybridding thing is people using these cars to cheat their way to a win in legit or non-hybrid room. That is just weak. Grow a pair and get rid of the hybrid if you are going to race in a legit lobby/room.

You can modify a car to use in a race series and as long as everyone (scrutineers, governing body) agrees to it, no problem.

GTP is a large community so if u see him in a fair room just kick him.. I know his PSN isn't on his profile bug it shouldn't be hard to identify the guy who only uses a NSX for every race..
