ok...im' a newbie and also clueless about these hybrids....so my question is what are they and how do i get one? sorry if it's been ask before...

Hybrids are Composite Cars made from peices of other cars, (IE.A ZZII with Lancer Chassis a Diablo engine, with Porshe tires.
The can range from 2 hp to 2 milion Hp ( Slight exageration) and have handling equivelent to a F1 car on a escudo.
You get them With a Gameshark 2/AR2 Codebreaker, or Sharkport W/MKS

Yeah its just like the name says. You can put parts from other onto whatever car you choose
