What is the best way to use Matte Purple and Matte Green?

HI guys, I am not so successful using those matte colors (purple and green), any ideas from your guys???

Some BMWs look great in them. Various Nissan Z models too. Goodluck on your final decision to use them.

Or you could duplicate them just in case of mistakes.

already put matte red on M3 CSL and matte orange on M3 GTR, i will try Nissan Z. thanks for your idea

I have two SV one is matte blue with orange chrome rim, i love this one. Another SV is in GT Polarized with black rim. My Galrado is in matte black with silver chrome rim. you are right, matte color look terrific on Lambo. Maybe i will try it on my countach. thanks

a matte green car will look excellent with black rims, a matte purple car would look good with any kind of rims

Ya some of these matte paints are just weird. I had the yellow and blue and wanted to try them out. I got a 350z and painted it the blue with the yellow as the rims. Figured it would be cool since it was going to be a drift car. ****ing hate it lol. Anything other than matte black or Mate silver is tricky to make it look good. Had the matte purple too and wanted to use it so I put it on a nsx rm and again looks awful. Cars that already seem strange I would use those paints for like the samba bus. You can make it any stranger so throwing crazy paint on it just makes it more normal.

I has used matte green chips in British carsm complemented with yellow or gold rims... It looks good to me...
Matte purple... well, I has tried in several cars but never with good results

Someone used a matte green chip on an F40. Sounded like heresy but it looked incredible. Matte green might work well on a British car like a TVR, DB9, Vanquish, or XJ220, or maybe a Lotus Esprit.

I used matte brown (yes it exists) on a Murcielago LP670 SuperVeloce and it looked good. Matte purple might work well too.

Thanks for all your reply and sugessions, I think I have the answer for my matte green, british car (Jag' XKR) with gold rim. hope that it will come out fine... For matte purple, keep on trying...

edit: I forgot that XKR is standard model, I can not change the wheel. let's hope that original wheel will get along well with the paint.

I do have matte brown too, use it on my Camaro RM with gold chrome rim, because it have golden frame on it's body and I call this one "My Hot Chocolate"...

matte purple is not that bright, anyway I like your rim.

Matte purple on SLS seem nice and i prefer matte white wheels, because matte purple is not so bright in my eyes. thank you
