What is the best way, you've found, to gain money

What is the best way, you've found, to gain money. With, and without cheating. Anything.

For instance, I use my z06 Vet (down to 790 hp) to win the GT World Championship on Beginner over and over (my car suffers, but I already have another with 890 hp). I've won a bunch of money, but still looking for better ways.
